"Gods and Warriors: The Burning Shadow," the second installment in Michelle Paver's historical fantasy series, continues to chart a course through the Bronze Age Mediterranean, a setting ripe with myth and adventure. It's a worthy continuation of Hylas' journey, leaving the reader curious and hungry for the next chapter.
