I have throughly enjoyed following the lives of Trisha and Martha and their families. In this third book we follow Sally and Bonnie in their chosen careers, but things aren’t always easy especially when they have World War Two to contend with as well. There are some very hard times for both of the girls and though they never imagined it their lives get torn apart. Unfortunately this is a book that you want to curl up with but it’s difficult to put down, so allow yourself some time to immerse yourself in to this great story.

We are back with Martha and Trisha in Blackpool and their daughters Bonnie and Sally .Bonnie is starting a new life training to be a doctor which is not easy as most people don't think women could be doctors.Sally is a ballet dancer in London and loving it.Bonnie comes down to London to train and lives with Sally. Bonnie and Sally are very close like their mother's are .Martha has powers to see into the future but always says she will never use it to tell what will happen to either family but things happen and she does. This story tell about it.Thank you to Netgalley and Little Brown Book Club Uk.

Thanks to the Publisher and Netgalley for an early review copy.

I thoroughly enjoyed this last book in the series by Maggie Mason.

I loved meeting up with Martha and Trisha and their children’s who are now grown up and starting the next journey in their lives.

The story was about the highs and lows of the events happening in the children’s lives and the heartbreak when they hear sad news about their loved ones as war is starting.

Both Bonnie and Sally have always been close since they were little, but something happens that brings a divide between them, and Martha has already seen this in her visions, but will not be able to stop what is written to happen from doing so. But, she also knows that everything will work out as it should and the girls won’t be separated for long.

I’ve enjoyed reading this series. Can’t wait to see what comes next.

I highly recommend this book.

A fabulous addition to the series. The author certainly brings the period of the second world war to life with her well researched description of the daily struggles during this period. The best yet in my opinion

What can I say about this book I actually think it was the best out of the series. It had the ups and downs of the families.

The book is more about the daughters of Trisha & Martha. The lives of Sally & Bonnie what they go through and how things turn out in the end.

This book certainly had me in tears and also happy ones as well.

The story ebbed and flowed and the characters worked well together. It was interesting to read about different aspects of the War.

I would recommend this book and the other two previously.

Just loved this next book in the series of the Fortune Tellers, reading the life and sometimes turbulent times of Sally and Bonnie was such a lovely story of which kept me turning the page. The strong friendship between the girls is broken and you wonder will it ever been the same again. Both girls go through very difficult times in their lives during the war and it’s a story that needs to be read to find out what happens to the friends.
My thanks as always to NetGalley and to Little, Brown Book Group UK | Sphere for the early read.

Fantastic end to a fantastic series. Loved catching up with Martha and Trisha now with their grown up children. This book concentrates on the ups and downs of their lives the loss and tragedy of war. Sally and Bonnie have been inseparable from birth but now something is going to come between them Matha has seen the visions but how can she stop destiny, and will it all work out in the end.
Great to catch up but with a heavy heart sad to let go of the families .
Great read to snuggle up with and lose yourself with the heartwarming characters and plots.

What a welcome return for the Fortune Tellers’ Daughters. I just love a book where the characters come flooding back.
I read it slowly, only because I knew I’d be lost when it finished.
This time we follow the lives of the daughters, Bonnie and Sally as they work towards their chosen careers. While they are happy to share most things with one another, there are just some things that aren’t for sharing! Will this destroy a friendship? Will it destroy a lifetime connection for Martha and Trisha.
There are some colourful characters, none more so than Callum who enjoys the bohemian lifestyle.
The description of the wedding ceremony was gorgeous. There are some tearjerker moments, Sally’s letter from her great grandmother.
The descriptions of Mandy’s passing.
My favourite character still has to be Martha. The only downside is that I shall miss the Fortune Tellers storyline.
I’m sure Maggie will be working on something, I hope.
