Inspiring read that is both informative and realistic.
My initial interest in thus book stemmed from recently being accepted into a PhD program. As a woman I am keenly away of how difficult it can be in academia to raise our voice and be meaningfully heard.
This book give genuinely useful advice on how to tackle most areas of academia, it is broad enough that it almost doest matter what area of study or research you are in. Examples are taken from interviews with real world women, which makes it far more relatable in comparison to other similar books.
I will definitely be referring to this throughout my PhD.
