I liked the title of the book and I thought that the content was very interesting at the first glance. Upon reading I found that although the information is helpful and useful, it was explained in a complicated manner and I found myself putting this book down to pick up later. I did find few tid bits of new for me information that I will be using in my breathing exercises, but I am not sure I will be recommending the entire book just because I found it was not very easy to read/comprehend.

An interesting topic but I feel the execution fell short. The language was quite inconsistent - teetering between formal and informal - that made it difficult to follow seamlessly.
