After sacrificing and working hard from a young age Dusty is finally enjoying the benefits with a fully paid company trip to Hawaii. On the way back from catching her first wave she meets Cash and sparks fly but names don't. This is insta love book and Cash spends the next 80% of the book looking for, finding, and convincing Dusty to stay. The characters are charming and the banter is good. This is my first insta love romance and found it to be a very easy read. Lots of pining but limited angst.
This books is very spicy so if that is not you thing you might not enjoy this book. If that is what you are looking for this book will not disappoint.
This book looks to be the first in a four book series. I liked the writing style and the story enough to read the next ones when they come out.

This book was an easy and quick read, but I don't think it's for me. Firstly, the instant love aspect put me off. I don't find it realistic for two people to fall in love in just one night, and then on the second time they're together, he pays off all her loans and solves her family's entire life. I found it too cliché.

Secondly, I didn't like the fact that throughout the book, they only called each other by nicknames and never by their names. I found it too much because it seemed like they were living in a fantasy.

I think this part is more personal, but the dirty talk for me was just cringe. I didn't think it was well-written, and all the pet names he called her (baby girl, angel...) just killed the mood for me.

Lastly, I found that sometimes the dialogue became repetitive when switching points of view.

Despite this, I liked the bond of brotherhood among the siblings, and I would be willing to read their stories.

When Dusty meets Cash in Hawaii, neither is aware of the other’s real name, whilst both are attending a conference. When they part ways after one intense night of passion, they only know each other by the names of Tex and Ace. When they meet soon after, Dusty discovers that Cash is not only her boss, but a billionaire. No sooner do they meet, and Dusty discovers that Cash’s company is also at risk of claims being made of insider trader. She finds herself wondering if she can have romance whilst retaining the career she has long desired.
This was a fast-paced book, with plenty of intense adult scenes. It was a quick read, and the beginnings of an interesting series. I look forward to reading about Cash’s brothers.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book from NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Billionaire Boss kind of leans on the typical rich guy sweeps you off your feet trope. I normally enjoy these kinds of books in-between a dark romance or mystery because they can be cute and give a bunch of emotions that make you swing your feet and giggle. Not saying that this book doesn't have its moments but there were a few things that just didn't do it for me.

First the characters names Dusty Rose from Texas..... and Cash who comes from money and is a Billionaire CEO but his 3 brothers have typical names, but I guess Cash has to stand out. I did like their nicknames Tex and Ace I just wished their real names were a less bit corny.

There was quite a bit of repetitions in this book where a character would leave a note or voice-mail that is detailed in one chapter and then the next chapter its repeated word for word, I just skipped over those because I just read it in the last chapter.

Also this is a very fast paced romance. I know it mentions that months have passed since they last saw each other but him falling so hard and so fast and some of his mannerisms were borderline misogynistic. I was around 80% in the book where I really started to not like Cash because he was so overbearing. It wasn't like your typical in love with you book boyfriend it was more of I will not give you a voice or choice type of vibe.

The ending was nice and took it back to a much more lighthearted romance. Overall I liked the book but didn't love it, but it was a fast read that I don't regret. Thank you to Net Galley and Ms. Julie Capulet for the Advance Readers copy of this book.

Billionaire Boss was my first experience reading Ms. Capulet's work. As soon as I read the blurb I wanted to read this book and I flew through the first 1/3 of it because it grabbed me and I couldn't put it down. Ms. Capulet's style of writing put me right there on that Hawaiian beach -- I could smell the ocean and feel the breeze. Her way of bringing Cash/Ace and Dusty/Tex into the story while giving me just the right amount of back story was organic and real. The other aspect I really enjoyed was the relationship among the brothers -- Cash, Noah, Colton and Alexander -- I have a feeling these guys would go to the ends of the earth to protect each other and I love that. The insider trading plot added another dimension to the story that I thought it needed because, contrary to popular opinion, I personally thought all the sex scenes were a bit gratuitous - sometimes less is more so I pretty much skimmed and skipped over those parts. Tex and Ace's love story and the back story and the secondary characters were more than enough to capture my attention. I'm grateful for having been given the opportunity to read an advance copy of this book through NetGalley.

This is a great story, yes it's like several other billionaire and girl next door stories though we get so much more to this story that made it very hard to put down.

This was a very easy read, it took me less than 2 hours to finish. It's a good story, it's quite easy to work out who the insider trader plot line relates to as most of the secondary characters haven't been fleshed out that well.

The chemistry between Cash and Dusty is nice and I love how they still use their nicknames through. Sometimes Cash comes across a bit controlling rather than alpha male and I didn't enjoy the virginity plotline as I find it cringey (I don't like the trope at all - not just this book).

I did love Emma and some of the other characters. The brothers banding together in the office and the public announcement made me laugh out loud a lot. I really hope they all get their own stories too. I always love the dual POV and this one was done well.

The spice was decent, but occasionally didn't make a lot of sense and the flashbacks sometimes didn't help the plot.

This book is swoon worthy. The chemistry between Cash and Dusty is awesome. The book was a feel good one that everyone can use. This was well written and there wasnt any flat spots. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was I didnt feel like the spicy parts were done that good. All in all it was a very good read.

This book is about a texan girl who meets a hot billionaire in hawaii when she's there on a work trip. Things happen and they go their separate ways forever, or maybe not?

The plot of the book is quite good to the point of keeping you interested and reading for longer. I had issue with the writing style of the intermittent flashbacks to previous smut scenes interspersed into the chapters. It made it harder to connect with the characters and focus on what the author is trying to evoke in the reader.

Overall this was an enjoyable quick 2 hour read.
