This series just keeps getting better! I enjoyed Rosalina more in Broken by Daylight than I did in any of the previous books. Her character development has been beautiful to watch. The party was split in this book and while I craved everyone getting back together, each journey was so fun to watch play out. One prince went from my favorite to my least favorite, the one I was unsure about went to my top spot, and the others simultaneously frustrated and endeared me to them. I didn't want this book to end.

Elizabeth and Helen's writing is strengthening with each book in this series and I feel honored to be going on this journey with them as a reader and fan. Can't wait to see where it all goes from here!

Sigh... ELIZABETH HELEN. I love you both so much but my heart does not sometimes lol
No spoilers allowed, but this book in so many ways was absolutely everything I had been wanting. So many questions answered and moments I had been waiting on. I squealed so many times, got teary eyed way too many times, and yelled at you both more times than I can count.

Absolutely spectacular.

If you're reading this book then you know what to expect from this series, and once again these authors have knocked me off my feet.

In a typical romance things are usually fairly predictable. In a typical fantasy it's often lacking in powerful emotional connection. This series has it all.

Each new book is more complex, the world is more unique, and the emotional devastation hits a new high that I never imagined. I thought I had a good idea of what would happen in this book and I was completely wrong, and I loved it.

I'm devastated that I have to wait for the next one to be released to find out what happens next.

These girls never fail to write something both fun and enchanting! I have been looking forward to this book since reading the last one! There was heart ache, turmoil, cute moments, character growth, and not to mention some fantastic smut! They always write such amazing characters and the steamy scenes never gross me out, which some tend to do.
The twists in this book were excellent! I did anticipate many of them, but the girls write in a way that it makes sense to come to those conclusions! They also draw a large amount from Disney movies and many of the movies and franchises I love, so I know where they get some inspiration from! I have never found a book series that is so perfect for me. The world building is just enough to keep you engrossed, but not so much that it’s over whelming.
Now, with all that said, I am so relieved about a certain turn of events 👀. Also, the ending, how dare you girls! I was distraught!! I thought the last book ended on a cliffhanger? This one has me biting, gnawing, kicking at my enclosure!
Also, there was sooo much more smut in this book than any of the others. But OOF.
I cannot not stress enough, if you love Disney, starwars, lord of the rings, and ACOTAR you NEED to read these books.

Thank you Netgalley and Harper Collins for this ARC.

I've been waiting for this book for months and It did not disappoint. It had be going through all the emotions: laughing one minute and crying the next.
With this one being Dayton's book I didn't feel like it was all about him and the character growth with the other characters was amazing. They're been through a lot and are not the same as they were in book one. With this being a 7 book series and this being only book 4 it did end on a cliff-hanger and I will be waiting patiently till I can get my hands on the next book.

Thank you to Netgallery for this ARC.

This is book 4 in Beasts of the Briars series , where there will be 7 books in total. And as prewarned it ended on another cliffhanger.

This was a very big book , and there was a lot going on. There was a lot more character development and relationship development among the High Princes and Rosie.

I really enjoy this book , and might be my favourite of the series so far. There was a lot of world-building for the great plot.

I can't wait to see where this series go.

ARC Review:

Ughhhhhh the cliffhanger. Was I yelling at the characters sometimes? Yes. Did they end up listening to me? Kinda yes. 🤪 So much angst, heartbreak, love, found family, desperation, and shocking revelations. My theories when I started the book ended up being true and I just love that. Can’t wait for the next one!!!

Obsessed! My favourite book of the series so far, I couldn't put it down.

Not only did we get some great character development, but the story took some epic turns and there were plenty of delicious spicy scenes (that had me swooning) I can't wait for book 5...

Oh. My. God.

I’m screaming, crying, throwing up, and bouncing up and down. This book was everything I needed it to be.

The action, the tension, the adventure, the sorrow, but most importantly the LOVE I felt while reading this book….its so hard to describe.

I think ALL of the characters had major arcs during this book, we saw lots of new and different sides to them, and they have all definitely been put to the test.

Just like all the other books the ending has me needing book 5 ASAP, but seeing as I read this as a ARC I’m going to have to wait a while 😂😭 But at least I don’t have to live in delulu land like I thought I might ☺️

This title was a reliable fantasy romance and I absolutely loved it.

It is giving fated mates, why choose, new power, possessive mates and found family. which is all my absolutely faves so it was always going to be a great ready.

I really enjoyed the world building and the characters are amazing! I have not stopped thinking about this book since i finished which is always a good sign!

Elizabeth and Helen have done it again! Broken by Daylight is a fantastic continuation of Forged by Malice, and I couldn’t put it down. This book is thick, but thank goodness for that—it gives us so much more time to dive into this incredible world and these complex characters.

Dayton’s journey has been a wild ride from the first book to now. His growth is amazing, and you can really see how far he’s come. But, man, is it heartbreaking to watch him go through so much. Just when you think he’s finally catching a break, everything falls apart again. My poor Dayton just can’t catch a break!

And don’t even get me started on Caspian and Farron. Their interactions are electric—the sexual tension between them is off the charts, and I just need more of them together. Rosie, as always, is a fantastic main character. There’s nothing about her that I don’t love. Ezryn’s growth was also interesting to watch, especially as he struggled with the hatred that was eating him alive.

The last part of this book really hit me hard. Elizabeth and Helen know how to pull on those heartstrings, and they did it masterfully here. Dayton’s struggles and Caspian’s desperate need for peace were absolutely gut-wrenching.

The separation of the characters might seem like a tough choice, but it totally worked. It made their eventual reunions so much more impactful and emotional. And that cliffhanger? Brutal. I’m dying to get my hands on the fifth book—I need to see where the story goes from here!

Overall, Broken by Daylight is another amazing entry in this series. Elizabeth and Helen have outdone themselves, and I can’t wait to see what they have in store next!

Thanks to NetGalley, the publisher, and the authors for a digital review copy.

Ok first yes Ms Helen we are still mad lol…. The sobs you got out of me with this last installment jeez I haven’t cried for a series like that since ACOMAF SJM… with that being said… I loved/hated the whole thing lol. I went through so many emotions with these characters… and the cliffhanger we’re left on ughhhhhhhhhhhh slowly dying to see what happens with Rosie & the Princes

Alright, I am new to this, and although familiarising myself with this story world prior to reading this instalment, I have a lot of catch-up to do.
I understand the hype and can see that this detailed title will be cherished by the fans and attract some newcomers.
My favourite character is Dayton, and I found the plot enjoyable.
The pacing and the spice were cool, and the plot, the twists and the ending were 4 stars. The prose? 3 stars.
The concept and the characters are highly entertaining and interesting, and I am already curious as to who will be revealed to be who and whose.

After the absolute cliff-hanger the last book left us on, book 4 was a highly anticipated read for me. The book recaps all of our characters from the previous books and we pick up where the story left off. I can already tell this one is going to be the thickest in the bunch thus far but so much has happened and I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. This book focuses around Dayton's Summer realm.
Rosie is Kairyn's prisoner as the princes search the realms for a way to rescue her.
Kairyn has taken over the summer realm and for Dayton, the High Prince of Summer, he cannot reclaim his throne without his full power. He needs to break his curse with his fated mate...which isn't Rosie.
Keldarion and Rosie's father venture to the Below to search for her mother, the lost queen.
Ezryn traverses the deserts with Delphia and Nori in search of the fabled Huntresses.
Farron and Caspian end up reluctantly working together to confront a dark god who wants to claim the Vale for his own.
War has come to the Enchanted Vale, and Rosie will do whatever she has to to protect it.

Shall I compare thee to a summers Day(ton)
I’m pretty sure my emotions going into this book were certainly far from being more lovely or more temperate because I was NOT okay knowing we were throwing ourselves into a war zone, the Summer Realm being overrun and one of our MMCs apparently having a fated Mate that was not our FMC. Uncalled for emotionally.

It’s strange that a book that seems so riddled with war and despair could be so filled with a feeling of finding peace with oneself and accepting love in all circumstances. The amount of times of held my breath through this book and audibly gasped I’m sure have my dogs thinking I’ve finally stepped over the edge into full insanity. This is only book 4 and I’m not actually sure how I’m going to make it through 3 more books of this kind of staggering emotional turmoil book by book.

That being said, now that I’m 4 books in, I’m quite sure I’m so excruciatingly attached to these characters that I would follow them into each next book without question. This one was written beautifully, the pieces coming together how I thought they might but still not at all how I expected. I cannot wait to see what Elizabeth Helen has in store for us in the future, nor can I wait for this book to release so it can take its place on my shelf with the rest of them.

A big thank you to NetGalley, Elizabeth Helen, and HarperCollins for allowing me to have an ARC for this book in exchange for an honest review.

I don’t know what it is about these books but man they just hook me and I can’t put them down until I finish it.

Thank you to Harper Collins for the ARC! I was so excited to be approved for this book as I felt like I had been waiting so long since I finished the last book!

Since reading the series, I was not mentally prepared for the romance adventure with the different hunky dudes in these books! I was CRUSHED when I finished the last book and a certain Prince of Summer was not mated to our heroine. I felt the devastation that our girl Rose felt in this book because I think I definitely like Daytonales the most out of all of them. Like she often describes him, he feels warm and loving like a summers day.

I think the “Why Choose?” trope has me intrigued. (Maybe more than intrigued considering I’ve read now four books!) but I love that we just get a new romance story each book that still feels fresh. Each romantic interest is so different in their characteristics and backstories that watching Rosalina break through those barriers, well I love it.

Not to get too spoilery, but the ending in this one. Gosh. Well I guess we’ll have to see what happens but I mean the dark magic at play with a certain Prince, the tangled web of mates, it was all just absolutely nuts. Which of course only had me craving more. Looking forward to returning to the Enchanted Vale with the next book and knowing that we have three more books, is just … phew.

Thank you for allowing me to read the ARC! I am already a fan of Rosie’s story and was very excited to continue - Elizabeth and Helen did not let me down. The story and the twists in the book are very dynamic, I think I read 60% already the first 2 days because I was hooked.
I loved everything, however I did feel the end was a little bit rushed - I felt the chapters with Dayton & the bow, Rosie & Caspian and the last chapter with Wrenley was way too quickly wrapped up. I hope the ladies will extend the final copies before the release because these last 50 pages deserve more attention in my opinion.
Overall I loved it, and can’t wait for release day ♥️

I loved this book so much 🥺 my favorite of the series so far!
I’ve been desperately waiting for Rosie and Day’s mate bond to click and then to lose him so soon after was gut wrenching. I need this next book asap to see how messed up he is after Fare bringing him back 🫠

Thanks to Harper Collins and NetGalley for this arc, I have been hanging out for the continuation of this series considering that last cliffhanger….

I love that this book started with an ‘all that’s happened so far’ and threw me back into the world with maps and even some background story 👀 I have seen this in a few of my favourite series and it’s absolutely the way to go.

Honestly i wondered how this book would go, I knew there were still a few more princes who need to sort out that mate bond and one runaway. Summers book was some stellar storytelling, major spice 👀. Dayton is a swoony dream, not like we didn’t expect otherwise. It’s a real treat to really see him, his thoughts, his wants and struggles. I enjoyed travelling along with him on his journey.

Heads up fellow readers, you get a peek into what happened before and it fills in some gaps that I’ve been wondering about. This story is so intricate, and there’s actually about 3 or four parallel storyline’s in this one so keep your wits about you!

I can’t say more about this without spoilers but there are high highs, low lows, soul discoveries and Cas, lots of Cas. He’s my favourite if you couldn’t tell 😂
