I was able to get the whole series of this and I loved it I’m not very good at reviews but I would like to enjoy reading more by this author. I hope they continue to impress us with their writing

I’m utterly enchanted by this entire series—what an absolute treasure! Briar has truly woven together some of the most captivating fantasy worlds I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. Each book pulls me deeper into its immersive realms, sweeping me far away from the humdrum of reality, and this final installment delivers a perfect, breathtaking conclusion. It wraps everything up beautifully while still leaving me in awe of the journey.
And let’s talk about her newest series, On Wings of Blood—if I thought this series was fantastic, her latest work is even more mesmerizing. It’s like she’s taken everything that’s so wonderful about her writing and elevated it to new heights. The characters, the plot, the world-building—it’s all a masterclass in storytelling. I’m beyond excited to see where this new series takes me. Honestly, I can’t heap enough praise on her work. Briar’s writing is a true gift, and I can’t wait to get lost in more of her worlds!

Knight of the Goddess by Briar Boleyn is an amazing conclusion to Morgan and Draven’s story in Blood of a Fae book 4. This epic quest has everything—adventure, angst, loss, and a burning desire to right the wrongs in their world. The story takes us through an emotional rollercoaster as Morgan and Draven work together to destroy the artifacts and defeat Gorlois le Fay, Morgan’s father. I really appreciated the multiple POVs throughout the book, giving us insight into Morgan, Draven, and a few others (I won’t spoil who!). The found family aspect is so heartwarming, and I loved seeing the deep, supportive bonds between the characters, with some relationships healing along the way. The writing, characters, and plot were all fantastic. It’s a great series that wraps up beautifully, and I highly recommend it!

I absolutely loved this entire series. Briar has crafted beautiful fantasy worlds that transport me away from reality. This book provides a fantastic conclusion to the series. I also want to mention her newest series, "On Wings of Blood," which I believe is even better than this one. I can't say enough good things about her writing!

I have now finished this absolutely amazing journey following Morgan through her struggles and triumphs. I have absolutely fallen in love with Briars writing and story telling. This was the Arthurian mythology I never knew I needed!
The world building and character development is so well made, the twists and turns just keeps slapping me in the face completely unaware! It was exciting and heart wrenching at times. It is not overly spicy and the spice is tasteful and only added in areas where it elevates the story instead of taking away from it. I love the intense slow-burn romance and to see their relationship grow throughout the series.
I will miss this incredible world but I am also looking forward to reading more from Briar Boleyn, she is absolutely amazing!

Mind BLOWN the twists and reveals here had me reeeeeling. I cannot recommend this series enough!
The development of the found family that started in book 2 has come full circle in this final installment and I am so happy for all of them to have found home happiness and love.
Orcaedes has became one of my favorite characters and I love how her and Morgans sisterhood developed and she helped Morgan on her journey to discovering her destiny.
The retelling vibes really ramped up in this one and I loved how the pieces really came together.
Morgan and Draven's love story has become one of my favorites and I am already craving a reread!
You need to read this series if you're a fan of fae romantasy! I cannot recommend it enough.

I am unfortunately not into dark romance or dark fantasy so this book wasn’t aimed for me - I did appreciate the writing style though.
Thank you for allowing me to read a copy of this book.

Big thanks to Briar Boleyn and Netgalley for the eARC in exchange for a review.
This is the 4th in the series, and I read all 4. I even went on to read the spin off so that should tell you how much I enjoyed this series.
The whole thing took a dramatic turn from what I was expecting of the sword in the stone storyline that it started with.
The magic built and became a bigger focus.
5 stars

Thank you NetGalley and Briar Boleyn for the eARC.
So I just finished this book, the last in the series and I’m just trying to gather my thoughts. I feel like I fairly enjoyed the majority of this book until I got to the last 15%. My biggest issue is that the 4 books are building up to this huge battle of Morgan and her father and it’s over in about 6 chapters (maybe more, maybe less I didn’t actually count). And then honestly, it was kind of confusing. Because in this short amount of time she finds out the truth of who she really is and who her family really is.
A few things that have irked me: first off why did Lancelet “die” but then what was the purpose of her coming back to life. She didn’t ever kill anyone super important. She didn’t end up wielding Excalibur like maybe we thought she would. She didn’t end up fighting in the final battle. She was just there. Then I don’t understand what the purpose of killing off Gawain, Odessa, and Nightclaw was. They absolutely could have lived and the story would’ve gone on just the same. It felt unnecessary. And don’t even get me started on naming Nightclaw’s offspring “Nightpaw”. Dude. Ick. And then what was the whole storyline with Rychel. What was actually the point of her sacrificing herself for this random girl who just shows up in the story and then we never hear about her again. Because the curse on the children wasn’t actually broken - or even discussed again for that matter. So for real. What was the point. And then again, what was the point of Kaye being in this deep sleep and supposedly going to die if the grail was broken. Because he ended up just waking up anyways and he was fine and the grail was broken. Which Morgan had no idea about so why wasn’t she sad about potentially having killed her brother in that moment? It wasn’t even talked about.
There’s just so many things that could’ve been done differently and I’m just glad this series is over.

I have received this ARC from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
“I see forever with you by my side. Because long after these scars have faded away to nothing, I’ll still be standing beside you. You and I? We’re eternal.”
Knight of the Goddess is the fourth and final book of the Blood of a Fae series. I have enjoyed each book so much that I'm surprised with how long it actually took me to finish this one. Real life definitely got in the way, but I have zero regrets.
Morgan and Draven had me in a chokehold this entire series. From the very beginning, I wanted them to be together, but of course that didn't happen. Then, when they did finally get together, they still had issues because, you know, he saved her life, and now they are mated. Finally they are in love, truly in love, all about the mate life and off to kick some family ass to save the world.
Let's just say it. Morgan's family sucks ass. Her dad? Hated him. Her brothers and sisters? Hated most of them. Learning about what really happened to her aunts just about killed me. Then learning about what really happened to her and Draven in their past lives?!?! Really made me want to cry. So, it's fair to assume that I didn't shed a single tear for those monsters while they were breathing their last breath. Honestly, they died too quickly for me.
Speaking of deaths, there's just so much of it in this book. Some almost broke me, and I definitely shed some tears. I'm not sure if I will ever recover, but I am glad about one thing: another book. No, not in this series. But for a new series, Bloodwing Academy, that features Medra.... Pendragon. If you know, you know.
I don't want to spoil anything, but just know that I'm excited and hopeful. Or maybe I'm just completely wrong and diving into that series no matter what. Only time will tell.

I read this book last year and apparently didn't write my review so it's a little delayed. I've really enjoyed this series and was excited to see how Boleyn would finish the series. I can honestly say I did not predict how it would end.
I've enjoyed the journey that Boleyn has taken us on and I'm glad I read this series! I felt like some things were rushed in this book while others were drawn out. Book 2 is my favorite in the series but there were parts of each of the books I enjoyed. I can't wait to start the author's new series!

Knight of the Goddess is the final book of the series and it's full of action, blending mythological elements with fantasy.
I loved the way the characters and their relationships were delivered. te world-building is rich and the romance aspect added some depth to the action. I still recommend it to all that adore epic quests and divine destines full of twists and revelations.
This was the perfect ending to this series and i cannot wait to see what Briar will present us next.

Thank you net galley for providing me with this arc. Amazing end to the series! I loved the character development in this book and the overall plot. A few emotional bits here and there. Excited to follow medras story now

Knight of the Goddess is the final book of the series and boy did it deliver! The increasing tension throughout all the books and the feeling of dread all came to a head in this final instalment. The characters and their relationships were beautifully delivered and believable and I loved how the inclusion of romance didn't outweigh the storytelling.
I would definitely recommend this series!

Knight of the Goddess by Briar Boleyn is a thrilling, action-packed fantasy that blends mythological elements with high-stakes adventure. Morgan Le Fay and Kairos Draven must face a growing evil while embarking on a perilous quest to destroy three powerful objects—the sword, the spear, and the grail. As they uncover ancient secrets and confront dangers across kingdoms, their unbreakable bond is tested. Boleyn’s world-building is rich, and the romance between Morgan and Draven adds depth to the action. Fans of epic quests, divine destinies, and intense romance will find this an exhilarating read full of twists and revelations.

This was a great 4th book in the series. I couldn't wait to get back to Morgan and Draven. I feel like there was the most character development in this book for Morgan than the first book. I also felt the writing has gotten more connected and fluid. Thank you Starwater Press for the ARC.

4th and final book of the series! There was definitely a lot of anticipation for this book, with how book 3 ended. For being the finale in the series, it was a little lacking for me. Some of the battles were more short-lived than I would have expected. It felt like I was reading them and then they were just over? Next chapter. They seemed to end so suddenly and left me wanting more. I didn't ... feel much... when we lost some characters. I felt like the sad moments weren't prolonged long enough for it to emotionally impact me such as with other books and series. That's also just my opinion. Overall it was good, not great. I would definitely still recommend this series as a whole, because the whole story is 100% worth reading.
Thank you to Briar Boleyn, Starpress, and NetGalley for providing me with an eARC of this book in exchange for my honest review.

I really wanted to love this book, after really enjoying books 1-3, however I feel like they could have been wrapped up in fewer books. Book 4 did not captivate me like the others did, and I DNF this book, as I found both the storyline and the characters less compelling than in the previous novels in the series.
With that being said, I still extend a warm thanks to Briar Boleyn, Starwater Press & NetGalley for the ARC in exchange for my honest feedback.

Ending of the Blood of the Fae series, Boleyn wraps up this series in an ultimate quest that ends the series spectacularly. I have thoroughly enjoyed this series and the development of these characters from the beginning of book 1 until the end of book 4.

I had to give this one a 3 stars rating and I truly think it was a case of 'this should have been 2 or 3 books instead of 4'. I was honestly surprised when reading book 3 that there would be a fourth. This leads to so much filler, MMC POV that ends up being useless, main character making the least smart decisions she could just to prolong the plot and drag the story across that many books. What this created is also being able to guess at the heavily hinted and foreshadowed big revelation and everything feeling a little too low stakes for the build-up -- even some key characters' death didn't have the impact they should have had after being with them for so long.
The relationship between Morgan and Draven even felt boring and like old news -- unlike the intensity we had in book 2.
If you've read the other 3 it's worth wrapping up the story but this book was not well writing and was a bit of a disappointment based building up our expectations so high for an epic pay-off.
