Although I loved the series. I found this last book extremely long and my interest in the characters faded. I understand this was setting the story for the spin off series. but I struggled.

Was I ready for this series to end? Absolutely not! Knight of the Goddess brings the conclusion to Morgan and Draven's story and it gave me so many surprises I defiantly wasn't ready for - I wont include spoilers for anyone but what a ride! Boleyns writing is fantastic and has you hooked, but we knew that from the series as a whole. New POVs, Final Quests and how many died?! left us with a good over all finale.

knocked to a four star only because I wished it was a little longer, and made the battles more thought out as they just felt over before they even began. I also had a re read the whole plot twist with Morgan!

The perfect conclusion to an incredible series! Knight of the Goddess brings everything together for Morgan and Draven in such an epic way. The fantasy action is thrilling, and the romance is beautifully woven into the story. I was completely immersed in this world from start to finish, and I can’t believe I’ve finished the entire series—it was an absolute joy to read. Briar Boleyn’s writing never fails to captivate me, and I’m so glad I followed this journey to the end. Highly recommend for anyone who loves fantasy romance with rich storytelling and memorable characters!

The end of a series you love is always bittersweet and this one was no different. Was this like every other fantasy book? yes, did I still enjoy it? also yes. Evil comes to town and only a young girl can protect the ones she loves. She goes off on an adventure making friends and enemies along the way. She learns she's not actually mortal and she has magic. Battles are fought, people die. The guy she thought would hurt her is actually a good guy, and ends up being her mate. He's a shadow daddy and spicy things happen. The final boss battle comes, she loses friends and family along the way. She learns she's actually all powerful, a goddess, and she can save all humanity. The war is over, peace has come to the kingdom, she can finally be happy.

It's all the same but it was still a great journey. I got attached to some characters and of course they had to go and die on me. Tears were shed. Some of their deaths felt too short though, especially if they were supposed to be great warriors. Felt kinda rushed. And the ending was good, but also felt rushed. Like for 4 books we're building up to this all powerful and mighty battle and then it lasts like 5 mins. Other than that the world building was great. It was an adventurous series that I'm sad to see go.

Struggling to write this review because I loved the first three books so much! The bar for this book was high. I did love the ending, but it left me with questions. Spoilers below!

I still don’t know what happened when Rychel left. It seems odd that she gave up her life to save one child. We’re also not told what happened with Guinevere- was her illness because of Morgan/proximity to the grail etc? We do not get this answer. All of the name changes kept me dizzy! I dislike when this happens in books because it is confusing. I understand that it makes for a surprise in the end, but I still dislike this.
The ending overall was satisfying, but some of these gaps left me wondering.

I hate when good things have to come to an end and the end of this series was truly sad. There was a dark cloud/undertone immediately sensed from the beginning of the book that I could not shake as I was reading through. There was a feeling of unease as the crew embarked on their quest to stop the destruction of Morgan's father's reign. As you get deeper into the book and become part of their journey, the reader can witness the chaos her father left in his wake. Trust me when I say the journey was not easy or for the light-hearted. This book provided much growth and illustrated loss as Morgan and the crew battle against the Gods—everything you were questioning from the other books in the series is finally revealed. This was an excellent ending to the series.

Really enjoyed the series, was hooked the entire journey. Was invested in the characters the whole time.

im so sad this has finally come to an end, but it was such a great series! I put off reading the final book because I didn't want it to end but it was so good and such a wild ride too! the journey these characters have gone on! I feel so connected to them that I'm almost at peace now that it's ended and knowing no more pain and heartache will happen.

I love this series. I devoured books 1 & 2 and was so excited to be granted arcs for books 3 & 4. I’m obsessed with our FMC Morgan (based on Morgana of Arthurian Myths) I love that’s the series is continuing to get darker as each book progresses! I cannot wait to read more from this series and Boleyn!

Climactic ending to a fantastic story! My main critique of the final book in this series, as other readers have mentioned, is that it felt like we weren’t given much time to really let the events settle. Battles ended abruptly, characters died and the story chugged along, overall it felt like this book could have even been longer and I would have been fine with it! That said, I still got emotional at many of the deaths in this book. I also was not expecting the twist at the end with the gods and goddesses!

I really just don’t think this series w score me, unfortunately. I don’t think it’s bad, I just wasn’t connected to it. I DNF this one

This is such a good Romantasy series! It really needs to be talked about more on BookTok. This ending was outstanding and I am so sad to be saying goodbye to this series. I do look forward to Briar Boleyn's next book!

The fourth and final installment in this series brought about a conclusion to the war Morgan was facing. I have read many different fantasy series and most have similar story arcs regarding a war, the FMC being the one who has to save the world, and finding her true love mate. This book follows the formula too but it wasn't my favorite of the series.
The things I liked included that some characters have to die. I have read series where there is all this war and great battles but somehow all the characters make it through and that makes it feel unrealistic to me. I appreciated that the author knew people had to die.
The parts I disliked or was confused about included Morgan having this great revelation about who she is but it felt glossed over and I wanted to know more. I also thought the whole book was leading up to her flight with her dad and then it just was over... Very quickly. I felt let down by that match up.

The story took place right after Arthur's death and the war was ended. It should have been the end when the true enemy had not defeated yet, Gorlois Le Fay, an ancient and the so called strongest fae and Morgan actual father. She had a lot in her hands. Destroying the weapons, protect the ones she loves, and put an end to all of these fight for power by killing her father.

This one is hard to put down and you just have no choice but to binge read this to know the end of the story. We got to see the character's internal conflict, how all of this war just consume them physically and mentally, human or fae, powerful or not. It's a thrilling and emotional read. I got attached to the character's to the point i want to protect them at all cost and let them have their happy ending. With a little twist in the end, everything we're going through suddenly made sense and it proves that this series has a solid and well-constructed story and world-building.

The Knight of The Goddess is the final installment in the Blood of Fae series and it is what you called a perfect finale.

I was eagerly awaiting the last book in the Blood of Fae series and this was a satisfying conclusion to the series! Perhaps not as enthralling as the previous two in the series but this final book was full of dark magic, found family, spicy romance, and lots of action.
