I was really looking forward to this book but unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations. It was a short read and I found that most of the stories were not very detailed or left me wanting more. Thanks to netgalley and the publisher for giving me the chance to check out this book.
A lovely albeit short book providing incidents from the life of a pilot. Sadly I'd have liked more from this book.
Thanks Netgalley for this opportunity
This was a real let down for me, I was expecting so much more.
The incidents are told in such a matter of fact way, that they do not feel amazing.
In fact the pilot might just as well have been walking to the shops.
It is a short book though which was a plus.
As someone who's always been fascinated by aviation, Amazing Incidents From My Career As A Pilot was a wonderful read. The author’s storytelling transported me into the cockpit, giving me a firsthand glimpse into the highs and lows of life as a pilot. From scary moments to wonderful anecdotes, each story left me feeling both entertained and enlightened. What I loved most was how the author emphasizes the importance of humility and learning from mistakes—a lesson that extends far beyond the aviation world. Whether you're a die-hard aviation enthusiast or simply curious about life above the clouds, this memoir is a great read.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for providing this book in exchange for an honest review.
This is a quick book featuring incidents in the author's career as a pilot. Each incident is told in a short highlight reel. I found it crazy how some of these pilots were forced to fly planes they knew had issues.
I was expecting more than this book offered but at least it was a short book.
Easy quick read for someone who likes to travel, planes, or likes to read about these incidents that happen while flying (or before flying).
I was excited to pick this one up to read because I am an avid traveler and I always wonder what kind of things the pilots see or experience in their career. This book was a great story for some of the things that Franklyn has seen, or experienced throughout his career.
Thank you NetGalley for my E-ARC in exchange for my honest review.
Underwhelming and redundant. I was definitely expecting more. I wondered why it was so short but after reading, I know why.
