Data culture isn't just a goal but an ongoing ambition that can benefit any organization that practices these principles. While of course, it is important to collect data, that information will be more valuable if there are goals and a culture where every employee in an organization understands the goals and procedures. The author explains how he works with businesses so they can become more productive in not just daily work but in creating bigger goals.
This book provides practical advice on creating a data culture unique to each organization and ensuring that everyone in that organization is working toward the same goals. This provides for greater efficiency and overall success while allowing individuals to thrive in the environment. Shorful Islam shows several examples where he has worked with different companies and helped them figure out what works best for them and how to continue these principles as the company grows. This was an interesting read because it was simple, practical, and had great examples. Thanks to NetGalley for letting me read this.
