If you struggle with mindfulness, this might be a great resource for you. I loved how McCandless shares simple practices to teach the reader how to settle into their body and let go of all the chaos in the world of our minds. *Advance copy provided by the publisher in exchange for my honest review.
Take your time reading this book. There are 34 practices within these pages, and the reader should take the time to slowly delve deeply into each one. Each practice will bring you closer to the present and the sensual part of you - that of the senses. Sometimes you might choose to do the practice more than once before you move on with the next chapter. "Becoming a Thought Whisperer," "Stretching out Limits," and Exploring our Depths" were three excellent practices that I want to carry with me in my daily practice. Go slowly, and savor your time within the pages of Naked in the Now. You will notice the difference within yourself very quickly.

I am literally obsessed with this book. The straightforward approach mixed with the divine energy? Flawless. The divine energy without the trauma of religion? So freeing! And the exercises?? So far, what I’ve been able to do, has been eye opening, meaningful, and spiritually sensual.
