We are gifted with several stories here, and some will require tissues!

We are back in Stoney Ridge, and there are some recurring character's here, but this can be read alone.

This read does feature Dok, and the gift that is given to her, that she doesn't want, but? Then we meet Bee, and Annie, among others!

This reads like we are there, and when the last page was turned we want more!

I loved Fern, she seemed to have the answers, and a subtle way, and Bee's sure needs help. Then Annie wishing to bloom, she is such a shy girl, but her Mom also needs help.

Journey for answers and surprises, not always like we hope!

I received this book through Net Galley and the Publisher Revell, and was not required to give a positive review.

A Healing Touch is a beautifully written book. I throughly enjoyed the plot and the character dynamics. Suzanne Woods Fisher has written another great book. I received an advance ebook from the publisher and Netgalley. This is my unbiased review.

Dok worked among the Amish and English as a doctor because of her deep love of knowledge and her reluctance to stop schooling in 8th grade and kneel at church let her stay near her family without being shunned.
Dok hired a new receptionist named Annie who was Amish but she had a retentive and inquiring mind and she excelled in being a knowledgeable assistant.
Annie helps to rescue a friend who fell in a frozen pond and she finds out her true calling in life as an Amish EMT.
Dok treats an Amish farmer named Hank who wouldn't get a biopsy to check for cancer, but he would ask for prayer, you will be amazed at his final diagnosis!
You will enjoy Dok and Annie's adventures among the Amish!
