This was such a wonderful book! I loved watching Tiffany come to terms with (and forgive herself for) her past, and her growth as a person was amazing. So relatable and truly representative of anyone who has felt like prior mistakes kept them from really and truly living a full life. Paging Dr. Hart was just such a good read for me!

Ethan is the biggest green flag. We all need an Ethan. I don’t even know how to explain that without spoilers so I will just say this — trust me. He is absolutely the greenest of the green flag men. The author nailed his character because he is the perfect balance for the story.

Overall I loved this book and can’t wait to read more by this author.

The cover of this book sells the romance and rompy sex scenes that are absolutely present in this book however I think it’s important to stress how interesting the suspense subplot was. It really gripped my attention and made me want to keep reading to find out what was happening in the flashback scenes and how it impacted the present tense scenes. If you love grumpy/sunshine dynamics you will love Tiffany and Ethan’s dynamic, also has some forced proximity as well.

I really enjoyed this book! The two MMCs love connection/banter was very well written. The only thing I wasn’t the biggest fan of was the flashback chapters. There was a bit too much to follow and some of it was a bit far fetched. But all in all great story and I would recommend!

Romantic Suspense isn’t usually my thing but this book sucked me in. I loved Tiffany but man did my heart break for her. She has fought for everything she has including overcome a broken past, but it has left her slightly broken on the inside. Ethan is the sweetest book boyfriend. He has very golden retriever feel. I love that he falls so fast and no matter what has Tiffany’s back. These two make me happy. I can’t wait for the next book!

Thank you to NetGalley for this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

When I saw the cute cover I assumed this would be like any other modern romance, but within a few chapters I quickly realized I was in for a much more interesting story. Throughout this novel we follow our main character Tiffany as she completes her residency and trains the seemingly egotistical Ethan. At the same time, half of the chapters take place in Tiffany’s childhood where we are able to learn there is so much more to this story. I don’t want to go into detail here because I honestly found it to be more interesting when I didn’t know about it but I found her childhood to be equally entertaining to the romance!

The writing was incredibly enjoyable. The plot was well planned and executed (make sure to read the epilogue and author’s notes!). The character development was very well done and I can’t wait to read more by this author. My only recommendation would be a new cover as I feel the current one, cute as it is, doesn’t do the depth of the story justice.

I loved this!! Usually the back story is pretty thin, but Tiffany’s back story was engrossing. Tiffany and Ethan were perfect together & the steamy scenes were just right.
I definitely reccomend Paging Dr. Hart.

4🌟! This was amazing!! Let me just say Ethan is the biggest green flag to exist. His love and patience and care for Tiffany makes my heart feel warm. I LOVED the flashbacks to Tiffany’s past life and i love how we got closure for everything in the end. I highly recommend this book if you’re wanting some black cat/ golden retriever vibes. Also the many hidden taylor swift lyrics had me giggling 🤭. I LOVE the fact this was a slow burn romance. It was just so SWEET. I love greys anatomy so this being a medical romance has just made me wanna read HEAPS MORE. Also shoutout to Mr. Chen 😊😊. I look forward to reading more from Dr. Melissa Dymond in the future!!! A huge thank you to Netgalley and Victory Editing for providing me with this ARC ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥! Paging Dr. Hart will be released on the 17th of June. Check out my review on Goodreads 💛

Paging Dr. Hart was a good book overall. I started off a little confused about how the past was going to tie in to the present in the storyline, but it worked out in the end. I was not entirely convinced of the chemistry between Ethan and Tiffany, at times felt a little forced. I personally cringed everytime Ethan called Tiffany "Tiffy."
Overall, good book, just needed more banter and chemistry in my opinion!

First, I want to thank Dr. Melissa Dymond and NetGalley for giving me early access to the book. Dr. Melissa Dymond is honestly the kindest author I’ve ever “met” and talked to. She’s so sweet and made the experience a whole lot better.

This book is about Dr. Tiffany Harts, who’s trying to escape the nightmares of her past and establish herself as a successful doctor. She then meets Dr. Ethan Clark, who is the opposite of her – the sunshine in person to her icy exterior. This book has so many layers and so much depth to it that I never saw it coming.

This is not just a romance but also a mystery about secrets from the past. I honestly didn’t think it would work to have so many genres colliding in one small book, but the way the author makes them all work is just chef's kiss.
The romance between Tiffany and Ethan is just perfect. It didn’t seem rushed, and Ethan is one of the best book boyfriends I’ve ever encountered.

This book made me gasp out loud, laugh, and tear up – it evoked so many emotions. This book is honestly a work of art, and when I found out at the end that there will be more books? Sign me up because I have so many questions!

This is my first book by this author and also the first time I have read a medical/romance/suspense book and I have to say, I LOVED this book! I really could not put it down once I started it. This is an easy read that has multi time lines and short chapters that transition very well.
From the beginning I was hooked with the witty banter and the chemistry that develops among the characters makes this such a fun read. The suspense keeps you on the edge of your seat and the romance makes your heart flutter, wishing you were in the arms of Dr. Ethan Clark.
As a new author, I think Dr. Dymond nailed it! There is not a negative thing that I can say and I can not wait for the second book to come out! Thank you Dr. Melissa Dymond, Netgalley and Victory Editing for my Arc!

I enjoyed the story line of this one. It is definitely plot driven and you learn so much about the FMCs childhood and adulthood. Some parts are extremely cheesy, like a cringy rom-com. It’s loosely an enemies to lovers. There’s a lot of trauma from the FMC and the MMC does a fantastic job working with her and comforting her, letting her know someone will always be there for her. The book wouldn’t change too much if it wasn’t a medical novel since I feel like a bulk of the book happens at a conference and focuses on FMCs childhood.

3.5

Doctor romance is a new one for me, and I really liked it! I am not a Grey’s Anatomy girl, so I was a little worried about the hospital setting but it was kind of perfect. It allowed Tiffany to be in her element and allowed Ethan to shine. It also is so cool that the author is a doctor! It makes me trust the medical stuff in this book a lot more.

This was a fun, quick read that had me hooked! I finished this whole book in just over a day. The story is fast paced and definitely kept my attention.

The format switched between present day in Ohio and Tiffany’s past growing up in Vegas. I think it was done very well, as I couldn’t foresee what was coming next and would eventually lead up to Tiffany’s decision to escape her past.

Ethan was cute, and this story is a bit of insta-love, especially on his part. I wish we had 2 or 3 chapters from his perspective, just to add to the overall story!

The only thing I was not a huge fan of was the ending. It all fell into place a little too neatly, and was just not believable to me. I just don’t understand how Ethan shows up out of nowhere? And I’m not sure if the ambiguous ending is leading to another story or is just meant to be open ended. I wanted some additional answers!

The spicy scenes at times were written just a bit too awkwardly for me as well. And Tiffany was just plain naive at times. I like that she is this strong, confident doctor, but at other times she just doubted herself and kept invalidating her own experiences.

I want to thank NetGalley and Victory Editing for providing me with this ARC.

To quote Jane from Pride and Prejudice 2008: Yes. A thousand times. Yes! This is definitely my top read since starting my journey reading with @netgalley. I was left wondering what was coming. Expecting things to happen but also got thrown unexpected outcomes. Tiffany is described as an ice queen. She feels that keeping everyone at an arms length is for the best. For those around her and herself. When a new radiology resident shows up, she is forced to train him. Ethan is extremely handsome and likable. The golden retriever clinging to Tiffany’s side. Thrown together some many time, can Ethan thaw the ice around Tiffany. Or will the demons surrounding Tiffany keep her in the past. Be on the look out for Paging Dr. Hart coming June 17th! Thank you so much @melissadymondauthor and @netgalley for the advanced reader copy.

"Paging Dr. Hart" by Melissa Dymond is a delightful medical romance that blends suspense and heartfelt moments. The story follows Tiffany, a reserved doctor with a troubled past, who is tasked with training the new charming and persistent Dr. Ethan Clark. Their forced proximity and contrasting personalities lead to a slow-burn romance that is both captivating and emotional. The alternating past and present chapters add depth and keep the reader engaged. With humor, mystery, and a touch of spice, this book is a must-read for romance fans. Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for the ARC.

Tiffany Hart, dubbed the ice queen by her colleagues, is thrown for a loop when she has to train the golden retriever new doctor, Ethan Clark. When they are sent to train at the new hospital, AND forced to live together, Ethan slowly chips away at her cold exterior, learning there’s more to her than meets the eye. Tiffany has a troubled past and refuses to let anyone in, will Ethan be the one to melt her heart?

This book has everything you need: laughs, mystery, spice and most importantly - love! I loved the back story and the dynamic between the main characters.

Ps. I LOVED the art hidden within random pages in the book!

This book was the perfect balance of romance and suspense and I already want its sequel (it doesn’t end in complete cliffhanger but I want to know more)! There was a perfect balance of present day and excerpts from the past and I loved how one side of Tiffany was presented and then you got to see that piece of her past that explained more. The meet cute (which wasn’t actually cute) with Ethan was really well done. Both characters had incredible depth and authenticity and there was a nice amount of backstory without it becoming overwhelming. The suspense and mystery was also very well executed where it kept the story moving but I didn’t expect all the twists that came. I don’t often ready mysteries because I hate being scared, but this wasn’t creepy or graphic. I love how this author is actually a doctor and how she incorporates that part of her life into the characters. I love that there is a sweet (clean) or spicy version of the book so I can recommend it to people who don’t want spice in their books. Overall, this book was a joy to read and I devoured it in less than a day. Go read it now! 5⭐️, 2🌶

I loved this book!

💎 Reverse grumpy/sunshine
👑 He falls first
💎 Forced proximity
👑 One bed
💎 Workplace romance
👑 She has a hidden past

“You’re no Ice Queen, you’re pure fire”

Tiffany has been betrayed or left by everyone in her past. She’s constructed a safe life now, a life that revolves around work and Fred the cat. She doesn’t get close to anyone. No friends and no boyfriends! Her nickname at work is Ice Queen and that’s fine by her. Better to be lonely than hurt.

Tiffany is stuck training the new guy, Ethan. She’s gonna do a good job, because that’s who Tiffany is, but she doesn’t have to be nice to him. He’s a sweet, annoying, golden retriever of a man. He not only learns Tiffany’s favorite coffee order, he defends her when her coworkers call her Ice Queen, he gives her a new nick name, Tiffy, and he snuggles her when she has nightmares 🥹 oh my heart.

The forced proximity is amazing and doesn’t feel like it happens too fast. Things develop over time and although this is a slow burn I wasn’t bored in the story at all.

The illustrations throughout the book, giving little glimpses of what Tiffany looks like, or of a certain scene were so perfect! Although I’d love to have some fan art of the kiss in front of Cinderellas Castle 🏰

The little addition of Melanie watching a Caleb Lawson movie!? Too cute to get a little reference to The Holiday Star!

And now it’s time for me to beg for a love story for Stewart because he’s so sweet and didn’t deserve any of what was done to him…. Also, can’t wait to read the prequel of Tiffany’s parents because that’s gonna have me on the edge of my seat the whole way through
