This book takes you behind the curtains of the fashion industry. Young models (female and male) are abused physically and emotionally. Even though they will do anything to be discovered, they shouldn't have to. Although the storyline is good, I just found it went round and round at times. I would have liked there to be more of a romance between Ronny and Ella.

I DNF this book. This is the first book I have EVER called it quits on. Normally, I can muscle through but the writing was so hard to read. The dialogue was stilted, too much telling and not showing, and the friendships/relationships were unbelievable.

This was a wonderfully done suspenseful novel, I enjoyed going on this journey and how the characters worked with this story. The overall feel worked with everything that I was expecting and thought the overall feel worked. I enjoyed the way James Houston wrote this and left me wanting to read more.
