Radical Self-Care offers different rituals to support your personal health and well-being. The book has a gorgeous layout. It is easily digestable.
It provides actionable steps to push you to prioritize your wellness. Prioritizing treating yourself with kindness and being unapologetically devoted to yourself.

This book is a perfect introduction for someone just beginning to delve into self-care practices. It’s full of different forms of exercises: mental, emotional, and physical, that allow someone to explore their own wellbeing. The rituals are simple enough for anyone to follow, and many of which are rooted in yogic traditions making them suited to daily meditations. For that reason, I feel like this book would be best read as a physical copy that one can refer back to in a time of need. The pictures, artwork, and color scheme are gorgeous, and I’m sure would look absolutely pleasing on any coffee table or bookshelf. I highly recommend this book if you’re looking to nurture your inner being.

Radical Self-Care is a beautifully crafted guide featuring various self-care techniques to try amid busy lifestyles - I am positive that one or more of these will appeal to each reader.

I particularly enjoyed the Sitting with Tea section, and Feeling Feelings - I found the concept of talking to our feelings immensely interesting and bookmarked the mantra for future reflection.

Another perfectly simple yet potentially revolutionary suggestion featured in the guide regarded asking oneself: how do I want to feel today? - and taking subsequent action to achieve this - I loved it. The list of recommended acts of kindness was equally well timed.

I thoroughly enjoyed Radical Self-Care and will implement some of its guidance.

I loved this book, it’s such an easy read and beautifully written and designed. I can’t wait to have a hard copy of this on my shelf to go to every day and give my body what it needs.

As I was reading this book, I realized it would be perfect to keep on my bedside table and flip through as I start my journey for discovering the rituals I want to keep and move forward with. I am excited to receive this book and have a physical copy for reference. 4.5/5

I highly recommend buying a copy of this book and using it to find a rituals to support you throughout your day. It’s a well thought out, accessible book, written in a friendly and supportive manner and is a great resource for finding self care practices that work best for you.

Radical self-care gives lots of practical advice on hope to take care of yourself every day. Most of the advice was practice actions you can take which I found very novel as lots of self help books are much more theory and light on the practical side. I especially allowed all the movement and physical self care selections.

great for beginners but as someone who has read a million books like this its hard/near impossible to find anything different in each of them. very pretty layout and design wise for sure, just nothing I could learn from it personally
