Chuck Wendig is a phenomenal author. Every book of his I have picked up has been a page turner and there is no exception to the Mirram Black series book, The Cormorant. Mirram is a girl with a strange psychic ability that she can tell how a person will die when she touches them, so needless to say she avoids contact at all costs. This book ups the ante a bit on the ass kickery and I don't mind it one bit! A solid book and series worth a read!
