An easy read novel, one that flows seamlessly from chapter to chapter. Lexie, a woman who has never stayed in more than one place for a certain amount of time, inherits part of her Dad's travel business, however she must work with Theo, who seems to have been a protege at the business as he knows his stuff. The unraveling of their love is a slow burner but enjoyable. Thanks to Net Galley for the advanced copy

I liked the enemies to lovers idea and thought that the other relationships were very real but I really wish that there were more descriptions of the locations. There was much excitement about the different places to go on holiday but I never really got a feel of any of the places that were written about. A cute easy read for a bit of escapism.

This is a perfect story to come home to. I don’t know if it was that I was in a similar situation to Lexie in that my dad left at a similar age and started a new life without us, and then I lost him before we had properly gotten to know each other again, but this story spoke to me, it pulled me into the pages and had me almost drunkenly booking a holiday to a lemon festival, if I didn’t have to wait so long I really think I would have gone!! That was how much this story will pull you in. Lexie and Theo will pull you along on their journey to find what they want; they will have your stomach aching in the best way possible. Do not miss this amazing story, no matter the time of year you read it.

A lovely book, not too Christmassy so I really enjoyed reading it on my early summer break. It was a great story as I want to go to the lemon festival now. I enjoyed all the descriptive scenery, enjoyed the build up of Lexie and Theo and I loved lexies relationship with her mum and friend Fran. This book had loads going for it, romance, friendship, self doubt and lots of fun and sun. Angie was a great character and it would be great to hear her story in a prequel.
Thank you NetGalley for this arc in exchange for an honest review.

I must admit it did feel a bit strange reading this book in June but once I had read the first few pages I was swept away by the beautiful story.
It’s all about Lexie who inherits half her Dads company, split between her and the lovely Theo. I loved the characters especially Ange and Harry and was really invested in them all.
This wasn’t just your typical romance book, there was lots of other things going on and I really enjoyed the details about the trips they took.
It was good to see both sides of the sister’s lives and how their Fathers choices had affected them and I did shed quite a few tears.
A beautiful romantic Christmas read and I will definitely be making a wish jar this Christmas.
Thanks to NetGalley, Headline and Emily Stone for an advance copy in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

I love Emily Stone. Always have, Always will. I look forward to her books every Christmas! I didn't enjoy this one as much as her others but it was still a great read, feel good travel vibes and a lovely slow burn romance.

What a story. Our parents have a lot to answer for. Lexi could not settle in life. Then her father surprises her and the story goes from there. Not spoiling it. Love the love element and the travel and Rachel her sister. Read it. Brilliant

This was my first time reading a book from this author but oh it was such an amazing book, so much so that I picked it up to read on Thursday night and I couldn’t put it down, I literally had finished reading it in the early hours of Friday morning. This is such a beautiful heartbreaking and heartwarming book like I cried several times near the end at good and sad parts, yes I’m one of those girls and it’s okay more people should show their emotions.

I was happy and sad for the daughters in this book as each of them both had different experiences with their dad this was to do with their dad but also due to their mums as well although both the daughters are different too but each in a good way and they both learn that although they have both had different experiences that they were both loved very much by their dad who although he was different with both of them he still loved them both so much and although this story starts with their dad’s funeral their dad in some way helps both his daughters to be there for one another and for them both to know that their dad loved them oh so very much. As someone who growing up was such a daddy’s girl and whose dad is no longer here but in my heart, this book made me realise that what I had with my dad was very special and like both the daughters in this book that your dad might be gone from this world but that the love he showed when he was alive still lives on.

I would highly recommend reading this book with tissues if like me you have a heart that cries good or bad but it’s worth reading despite the tears as it warmed my heart too.

I would like to thank Headline and NetGalley for giving me the opportunity to read and review this book early it was an absolute pleasure and thank you very much to both of you,
