Wow! This one caught me off guard with so many twists and turns, I finished it within 24hrs! In a seemingly small quite suburb, Marcus and Gina are the new neighbors everyone keeps talking about. We quickly release they are running from something and Marcus has a lot of secrets. But little did we know others in the neighborhood also had their own secrets, as the stories progresses we watch the deceptive neighbors betray each other and at times protect each other, even in uncomfortable situations. Great psychological thriller!

This was such a thrilling read, it had me second guessing who to trust with all the twists and turns.

This was a good domestic thriller but not standout. I liked the writing style and characterisation was good, but at times it wasn't beleivable to me. That said I enjoyed it on the whole and the premise was good.

A fabulous book from another new author I have not read before which grabbed me from page one and did not let go, the second half of the book was even more exciting.

Marcus is married to Gina but there are things about Marcus that Gina is not aware of. They move to a quiet town named Cowerworth and soon Marcus and Gina meet their new neighbors Sarah, her husband Keith and their son Dillon. Marcus is straight away taken with Sarah and it seems the attraction is mutual but Sarah may be playing with fire without even knowing it. As time moves on we learn more about Marcus and what drives him, it is hard to say too much here without providing spoilers so I will limit what I say. ..

Sarah and Marcus start meeting quietly when their other halves are sleeping. There is a gate that adjoins both yards and they meet to talk, soon they are flirting and each of them now has the other on their minds most of the time. This soon becomes a game of cat and mouse but there are some major revelations in the second half of the book and this is where the book really picks up speed. I have to say that this is a very clever story and Michelle Teahan does a brilliant job of drawing the reader in and then keeps us on the edge of our seats as events happen moving the book to a very suspenceful, gripping and surprising end, loved it.

Thank you to Netgalley, the author and publisher for an advanced copy, all opinions expressed are my own.

A traditional domestic thriller, this one started a little slowly but quickly ramped up. Told from multiple POVs, this book has got many twists and surprises. Though some of the twists are predictable, many were not. The ending was a definite surprise.

This was a great read and a real page turner and once I got going on it I couldn't stop reading it until I knew how it would end.

Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for the advanced read.

Wow!! Thrilling from start to finish and I absolutely loved it! I could not stop reading!

This is one of those books that makes you question how well you know the people next door. Furthermore, you get to sit back and watch a self proclaimed apex predator become prey. Let’s face it, when two psychopaths collide, you want to know who’s going to emerge as the top contender.

If you enjoy twisty, psychological thrillers that leave you on the edge of your seat wanting to know what happens next, then you will absolutely enjoy this one!

Wow! Amazing read from the start. The book started off intense, setting the stage appropriately in Ireland and just when you thin you have everything figured out at just the perfect moment the twists start coming out. When the jaw dropping, twist carries I was about 60% through the book. At that point I was thinking, I still had 40% more to go, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. It was just open-mouthed wow, after Gasp, after I didn't see that one coming all the way to the end. I highly recommend this read, the writing was great. In my version, the only recommendation I had was that it was hard to distinguish upon entering the chapters between the two main characters which character I was reading about. It was a guessing game going into the chapter that I had to figure out.

I really enjoyed this Thriller by Michelle Teahan. I enjoyed the multi POV and the addition of the transcripts to break up the story. Some of the twists were predictable but there were more than expected near the end and they were a nice surprise. The pacing was good throughout.

Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for the arc copy to review.

I thought that this started out just like any other book in this genre but it really ramped up halfway through. There were plenty of twists and turns, most of which were quite heavily signposted but there was still enough of a twist to leave me surprised at the end.
