Great book. Anyone interested in self-improvement should read this book. It has lots of practical information that anyone can use.
Reading Kenneth Wyche's "Get Your Mind Right" felt like a refreshing, motivating journey, one that’s both easy to follow and deeply impactful. Author Wyche has a way of drawing readers in with his straightforward style, keeping us engaged while nudging us to think more about our own lives. What struck me most was how openly he shared his personal story, including a difficult period in 2019-2020 that ultimately inspired him to write this book. This honesty makes it clear that his goal is to genuinely help others find direction and purpose, even when life feels uncertain.
"Get Your Mind Right" is Author Wyche’s message about shifting our perspective and taking charge of our own narratives. He emphasizes that, by viewing life differently, we can find new opportunities to grow and stay positive, no matter what we face. I found the book incredibly relatable and uplifting, especially because Wyche’s practical advice feels like it could easily fit into daily life. For anyone seeking a boost of inspiration or simply a fresh outlook, this book is a wonderful companion, offering wisdom and encouragement at every turn.

DNF: 10%
So. I am in one of the WORST reading slumps of my life right now. And because of that, reading anything and everything has become difficult. Including this. Which is why I had to DNF this. Now, let me be clear, this book is DEFINITELY worth reading. From the little bit that I was able to comprehend and skim, author Kenneth Wyche actually took his time to research and write this in a way that is fit for people of all ages but I know his main target is adults. I may have only managed to read 10% of this but the flow of this book makes good for encouragement for anyone, especially those of us who are feeling stuck in our lives, aren’t where we want to be right now, and have decided to reconnect with our Faith. This is a book that I can definitely see myself purchasing a hard copy of and putting on my personal library shelf, hence why I gave it 3 stars. I have every intention of rereading this book once I can finally get out this reading slump (which I know will result into my rating for this to change for the better). For anyone who sees this review, know that my decision to DNF is solely on myself and has nothing to do with this book. If you come across both my review and this book, JUST GIVE IT AN HONEST TRY. I KNOW YOU WON’T REGRET IT!!!
Thank you NetGalley and Kenneth Wyche Publishing for making this book available to read!!!
