Dark, moody and violent – just about sums up Wolf by Mo Hayder. I don’t think I’ve read a bad book from Mo Hayder, they all effortlessly hook you in, frighten yet entertain on a level few authors manage. I’ve really enjoyed reading the Jack Caffrey series, this being the 7th title in a wonderfully dark series. Make sure you have a small light on when reading and the doors are locked, your imagination runs away and you are left imagining every silent creak the house provides and you’ll swear you hear someone outside! It will freak you out!

Oh and don’t get me started on Bear – wonderful!
