I absolutely love this author I have read every book of hers and this one did not disappoint! I love Suzanne’s style of writing and how she brings her words to life.

I enjoyed reading about Ella & Vipers story. However Knox and Harper is where this series all started therefore will always have a place in my heart and will always be my favourite. That said the plot in this story was very interesting and I loved the bond between viper and his brothers. I felt the connection between Ella and Viper was lacking, some bits were juicy and swoon worthy but it’s not the same electricity as her previous books.
Despite all this Suzanne is still and will always be my favourite author! I’m looking forward to her next book 😃

As book 10 you would think the series would be growing stale… but NO! The characters are well developed and with some being delightfully “off” in the best ways. I highly recommend reading all the books as there are hints at spoilers in the book, but it can totally be read as a standalone. It is also plain to see room for more books in the future which will please many. I could give you all the basics on what the book is about but realistically I cannot do it better than the blurbs given by the publisher and I wouldn’t want to ruin it for anyone. Is it my favorite in the series? No, But that’s all personal preference and this was a perfectly enjoyable book that allows me to look forward to more in the future. Happy reading!

⭐⭐⭐⭐/5 .. well that was amazing!

Viper is a masterful addition to the Dark In You series! (Going to have to go backwards now.. as didn't know this was book 10!) .. what a shame 😂😍

The chemistry between Viper and Ella is electric, and their journey is as compelling as it is passionate.

From the first page to the last, I was hooked. Wright’s storytelling prowess shines through, making it impossible to put the book down. The intricate plot, well-developed characters, and the perfect blend of romance and suspense kept me enthralled throughout.

After finishing "Viper," I'm left with a massive book hangover. It’s time to start the series from the beginning, savoring every moment of the Dark In You universe!

In short, "Viper" is a wonderful, unmissable read for all the Romantasy lovers! Suzanne Wright has delivered pure gold with this book.

Thank you so much Suzanne/ NetGalley for the opportunity to read this incredible ARC 👏🏻

I silent screamed when I saw Viper on my kindle, I adore this series and every book I read is such a fun ride. Just like I guessed I would, I loved this from start to finish especially as it includes tropes that are my absolute favourite.
Loved this couple and all the kooky side characters! Can’t wait for the next book in the series!

This is another fantastic book by Suzanne Wright. 'Viper and Ella loved each other in a previous life, at least for her, and he waited for her, steadfast in his determination to be reunited. It was yet another story that I could not put down. Imaginatively written with lots of humour.

I tried to read this as a stand alone, yet It is obviously part of a multi faceted story. I enjoyed the style of writing very much and I will start this series at the beginning, as I personally feel that this is the best way to get the most out of the book(s)

Viper is the epitome of bad boy/good man. He may be a fallen angel, he may be a biker but he has a heart of gold, a moral code and his heart truly beats only for Ella!

Ella is a demon and magic user, kind of like a hedgewitch. Wither her family she runs a magical shop and tries to keep out of too much trouble. But she has an intense attraction to the last person she should! Demons and Angels aren't exactly friends and her family would be horrified if they knew of her attraction to Viper!

There were some tricky moments for Viper and Ella to get through and then there was Ella's stalker to deal with. The sub plots of Mia's fledgeling relationship and the traitorous demon selling information really added to the story and they all interweaved so well.

There were plenty of cameos from established couples in this world and of course, visits from cute kiddos too. I have to say I have a soft spot for Lou, if a kid likes you you must be okay!

The smexy is steamy and intense, these characters and this world as s£x positive and unabashedly open in their attraction. The banter it witty and on point and the whole superhero schtick by one of the fallen had me laughing!

. Viper is another hit entry in the Dark In You series by Suzanne Wright! I adore this series and I really like Ella and Vioer as a couple. Their love story was unique and kept me fully engaged. I also enjoyed all the cameo appearances from other beloved characters in this world. As usual we get a great mix of action, love, mystery, humor, and steam. We are introduced to a ton of new characters and I hope that means we have plenty of more stories to come. My fingers are crossed for a Mia and Dice HEA next, or the very intense Belinsky!

5 -⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"By the time this night is over, you're gonna know one thing."
"What's that?"
"You'll know what is is to feel owned."

Viper is the tenth instalment in the adult paranormal romance series, Dark in You. These are interconnected standalones so while each book follows a separate couple there is heavy overlap of characters existing in the same world (think demon Las Vegas). In this case I do recommend you read the previous books if you want to understand the relevance of certain characters. In this book we follow Viper and Ella. Ella is an enchanter who spends her days running her family shop and fixing paranormal situations for humans (without revealing her world), yet she has been struggling with dreams that are always out of reach. When a series of strange cursed letters begin arriving on her doorstep she is determined to uncover the individual behind them, especially as the stakes get higher and higher.

Viper is a male obsessed. His obsession is quite simple - Ella. She may not know what she means to him but he plans to find a way into her life - just after he has handled the situation he and his club are dealing with. Yet he realizes more is at play with these letters and he needs to up his timeline. Except as these two find their paths entwined it becomes clear whoever is after Ella wants these two apart…and they won’t take no for an answer.

I LOVED this book. I LOVED Viper because I am a sucker for this trope.

Ella is a fierce main character who knows how to hold her own despite the amount of power surrounding her. I loved how she had such confidence to be herself but also knew when to compromise and seek support. She was such an easy character to read.

Viper…oh Viper. I adore this man. His obsession, his adoration, and his maniacalness in getting what he wants made him a fierce character. There is still goodness to him - the build up to their relationship, him waiting to take it slow to give things time, but the underlying reason for him keeping secrets just had me in a clinch the entire time. This man is terrifying but his love of Ella is just everything I want.

This book does contain spice. I would say about 3.5 spicy peppers out of 5 spicy peppers. Ella and Viper feel a connection right off but it does take time for Ella to find her place but once it starts - it is raw and passionate. They cannot keep their hands off each other XD As time goes on, blood play does also play a role. I felt for the level of connection the spice was perfect and Suzanne knows how to write spice!

"I have been alone for a very long time. Along and numb. I didn't live, I existed. Until you. I'm not going to let you go, and I'm not going to leave you. I [effing] refuse to be without you."

The story has different plots that come to merge as one for each character that I felt help bring everything to a close cleanly. I enjoyed how we also get plenty of time for the characters to be together and find a rhythm. There were definitely some fun twists I did not expect - if you read the first books with Harper you’ll understand. I also loved the cameos of different characters from the previous books. There is a good pace to the story, plenty of action and violence, but also you really get to be with the characters and see them as fully flesh out. I loved the built up the climax and that epilogue had me giggling.

Overall, Suzanna has once again nailed a book for me! I honestly cannot get enough!

Thank you Little Brown for this arc!

I did get an ARC from #nettgalleyuk I also purchased.
I want to start out by saying this book was a little different from the other The Dark in You Books. It took me a minute to get into it but it did happen. I loved the Main characters Viper and Ella especially Viper I can’t explain much because I would spoil the experience of this book. Viper is super hot and attentive and all around my new favorite and Ella was quick witted and a strong compassionate character. I loved the new side characters I hope to read more about them all .the smexy times were awesome as well if you have not tried this series please check it out. It could be a stand alone but it would be so much enjoyable if you start at book one.

This was intriguing, sensual and so good.

I admit, I have a soft spot a mile wide for this series so it’s no wonder that I loved Ella’s story which I was waiting since she was introduced.

Viper was one of that mysterious characters that popped up suddenly one day. Through all the meaningful but intense glance he kept giving Ella throughout the previous books certainly made me curious about them more. What I didn’t expect was to love him this much.

God, that man was obsessed with capital O. I don’t want to give away anything about their beginning but I assure you, it’s one hell of a ride.

Mia and Dice added more to the story BUT my favs Lark and Teague’s tiny cameo was what made me crack up. God, I adore them! And some new characters were also introduced and Ella’s anchor Luka has all my attention. His demon, Legion was such a menacing and interesting demon. I hope it’s his book next.

Around 60% one of my favourite trope was revealed and I enjoyed it so much. My one tiny complaint about this book was I wanted that trope to be a little more explored or this couple’s story to be a duet. They certainly had that much juice.

Otherwise this one was so good and I highly recommend it.

—Soulmates, reincarnation.
—Fallen angel x demon
—MC club.
— Found family.
—Action, Passion and obsession.
—could be read as standalone but I highly recommend reading in order.

I received an advance review copy and I’m leaving this review voluntarily.

Another brilliant book from Suzanne wright. Its interesting to discover more about viper and his fellow club members and why they fell. The relationship between viper and Ella is slightly different than you would expect. Full of the usual humour and wit i would recommend this to new and long term readers of Suzanne and paranormal romance.

So id be lying if I said I didn’t start this book with a little bit of trepidation. I was slightly worried that I might not be as invested with this pairing as it’s not a character from the main group. Of course I shouldn’t have worried as it was just spectacular to read, Suzanne absolutely smashed it out of the park with this story. I quickly became enamoured with Viper and Ella and really loved them as a couple. There’s a lot to take in with Viper’s dynamic, his history is complex and really interesting. His brothers add a fun dynamic to the story. Ella is smart, strong and tough. She’s funny with the required snark to deal with this alpha male. Their dynamic is an interesting one and love the past life/soulmates vibe. It’s an obsessive read once you get into the story, I didn’t want to put it down. I loved all the Angel elements and all the action that brought to the story. Their chemistry is off the charts, it’s top level spice and you’ll be reaching for the fan to cool you down. The story had a very satisfying end and I was left wanting more.

One thing Suzanne Wright does well is weave worlds and characters. This book had me gripped from the start. I have loved the dark in you series and paranormal bikers???? Can't get better then that. No spoilers but who wouldn't want a soul mate that finds them in every life time. Another home run. Great book. Looking forwards to the rest of the bikers books.

Finally we get Ella’s story and Viper’s story. I was so engrossed in their journey to be together.

Both characters are strong and powerful and the spark between them is in every interaction. The chemistry is fire. The twist on what Viper is was fantastic. Viper has waited for Ella for a very long time so don’t you wait and buy this book right away.

Suzanne Wright did it again with this one!

Wright delivered a wonderful read with great characters, an original storyline, and fantastic writing. With a long series, there's always the chance that the books will start to lose something along the way, but Viper kept the same awesomeness that sucked me into the series in the first place.

I highly recommend this!

I was so excited to get this arc!
I have read and even reread the Dark in You series. I cannot say enough good things about this series and all the characters. It's always good catching up with them with each new book.
When I was introduced to Ella the demon incantor and Viper the fallen angel motorcycle club president in Hunted, I knew their story would be epic.
But of course, Suzanne always has some tricks up her sleeves and I never expected the storyline to go in this direction. I don't want to give anything away, it's best to experience this tragic but beautiful love story blindly.
I loved it, it was unique and refreshing. I especially liked the spin on the seven deadly sins and devoured it in a day.

These characters had the best chemistry and banter, and Viper was the perfect alpha male who longed for his girl.
I hope this isn't the end, maybe Mia will be up next?

Releases July 18th, you won't want to miss this one!
Thank you NetGalley, Suzanne Wright, and Little Brown Book for the arc in exchange for an honest review.

I have been reading Suzanne Wright since she started publishing. She is an automatic buy for me. I love her wit and humor and they way she incorporates previous characters into any story she writes. Also, her world building skills are phenomenal. While I did enjoy this story I felt it did not have some elements that are usually in all of her books. There was not the fun banter and sarcasm that reigns supreme in Ms. Wright's stories - there was a little, but not very much. This just seemed a little too somber compared to the other books she has written.

This was still a good story, I just felt it was lacking in her standard humor. Viper and Ella were strong characters and did feel really connected. The secondary characters - Mia, Dice, etc. were well written and definitely added to the story. The plot was fast paced and action packed. This was a great continuation to the Dark in You series, and hopefully there will be more.

Thank you to Netgalley for the ARC.

Ella and Viper have history..a past..and potentially a future. The only problem is, Ella has no memory of it. Not consciously at least.

When Viper finally finds Ella after searching for 28 years, he watches her from a far, slowly insinuating himself into her life in one way or another. Now that he and his brothers have “fallen”, he is taking his time getting to know “Ella” as she is now..her quirks, her habits, likes and dislikes. Just as he begins to connect with Ella, danger is near. Someone or some thing is snatching humans, killing them and leaving them on the doorsteps of the biker clubs and compound. An enemy, still in the shadows, is making it difficult for Viper to finally claim his woman.

Ella is happy with her life. She and her sister run a shop in the Underground with her mom and aunt. She helps here and there with witch related needs in the community. However, for some reason her sleep has been disturbed and someone has targeted her with anonymous notes here and there. Some are benign, but they’re becoming more serious. Her anchor has not been able to find the culprit and that lends to the urgency of locating and terminating the person trying to harm Ella. What she doesn’t know is that Viper has already taken care of the prime suspect, so now the question becomes, is the person or persons targeting Ella connected to the danger Viper and the club are dealing with?

When they finally get together they keep it secret while they navigate the distrust that befalls the “Fallen” by Ella’s mother and aunt. Their hatred of the Fallen (Archangels) over shadows their love for Ella, so keeping it a secret is the plan until it can’t be hidden any longer. The fallout with her family and anchor is legendary, but together, they face the negativity. When the beings behind the danger finally make themselves known, fighting them will be reveal culprits from the past and the threat to the future.

I loved this story as I do all of Suzanne’s books. Ella being reincarnated and Viper never losing hope of finding her again was the catalyst for this story. Watching it unfold chapter by chapter kept you riveted and thirsty for wanting them to not only discover each other, but also, finding out who is behind the threats and the killing. Suzanne weaves an intricate tale that gives you twists and turns to keep you riveted.

We waited a while to see how Ella and Viper were connected and we were not disappointed.

Ella is the love of Viper’s life only she doesn’t remember that or him being hers. You see before Ella was Ella… she was someone else. Due to the betrayal of those close to Viper, both lives were changed forever. After decades of searching for his mate, Viper found her and made the decision he had been wanting to make the moment he saw her the first time. She may not look the same nor remember him but she is still the only one that makes him feel. Viper lost her once and he would do everything to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

I was curious about these two after the little snippet in the last book. I have been eagerly waiting to get my hands on this story and when I did, I literally started break dancing (unsuccessfully). I never thought this was going to be the storyline. Though with Viper being who he was… I should have guessed. Nonetheless, I was pleasantly surprised. I devoured it. I even went back for seconds. I was rooting for them from the first page. And I instantly disliked anyone that tried get in their way.

I love a man that communicates! Viper communication skills were top tier. When he was pissed, you knew it. When he is interested in you🤭 he made sure you knew it with both his actions and words. I mean sure the guy was hiding things but he was going reveal them to her and he did. The guy had a plan to get his girl and keep her forever this time. Unfortunately he also had enemies who would love to see him anything but happy.

No surprise that I adored both characters. I love a strong fmc and a mmc that bends over backwards to ensure his girl is never in danger. The tension and attraction between these two could burn the pages of the book. It was *chefkiss*. Loved how possessive/protective/obsessive he was of her. Loved that Viper wasn’t controlling. Let her do her thing and just had her back.

I found myself smiling a lot as I read viper. Like they were cute! Also it made me happy to see previous main characters from this series appear in Viper🥹

Like most of books in this series the last 10% of the book had me sitting on the edge of my seat. The Big Bang before the happily ever after.

Absolutely adore Suzanne’s writing style. Easy to read, easy to get into, great pace and just entertaining to read.

I loved the romance, the banter between friends, the little dramas, the attraction between mcs, action/fighting scene (got to read about viper and his brothers in action), loved the fact that this was paranormal romance but also a biker romance. I also love getting introduced to new characters (Luca🤭) because that just means a potential new book.

I will end this review by saying that although I finished this master piece, I am left with so many questions. Questions I need answers to like right now. Will Mia get a book? because I feel like her story is unfinished. How long do I have to wait to get Luca’s book? I need to know who the next book will be about! So like 🤙🏽😉 & let me know x
