I don't think I thought that this journal would be for me when I initially started going through it. I was so wrong! This financial journal ended up being so much more than that. It is insightful and so detailed with biblical scripture and proper application. I found it encouraging and very easy to use. The intentionality of ushering women leading women toward financial freedom through helping them exercise the mind of Christ is amazing!

Honestly, when I chose this book from NetGalley, I misread the title and did not realize it was geared toward Godly finances. However, it is still a nice devotional, albeit a little heavy on how to make money in the devotions in my opinion. I still gleaned some nuggets from it and I think others may enjoy it too. This prayer journal was well-laid out with an appealing presentation. I was drawn to the financial aspect of the journal, not having seen one specifically for this purpose before. Within its pages were daily Bible readings, a Devotional section, Daily Prayers, Reflections, Journaling prompts and opportunities, Life Applications, and even a helpful section for timely, practical solutions for financial needs right now. You could research and scan a code to find breakthroughs immediately.
The journal concluded with spaces for prayer requests in the back, as well as recommended reads. Pick this up today for help in this challenging area for many of us.

Not what I expected. I am not the target audience for this. I had a misconception about the book upon reading the description.
But, to be fair, this is as good as a Christian prayer journal can get. It is well-presented, well-structured, action-prompting and insightful, for the right audience.

Confidence is an Inside Job by Ashley Henriott is such a beautifully written book reminding the reader to find their confidence in Jesus as the root of all things to fall in place. Our world right now is so bogged down with social media, that we forget that isn’t what is going to fill our cup. It’s actually depleting it. This book gives a chance for woman to remember our uniqueness and to not follow the trends. I adored these words and so enjoyed this read! Prayer Journal for Woman by Sincerely Shanene is one I’m adding to my list of gifts for other friends. I love the beautiful layout, the scriptures were incredible, and it was so sweetly laid out. As a mom of four I don’t have much extra time, but this seemed like something moms could do in the morning or evening in their spare moment.
