I think this might be more helpful to older readers based in America. I am from the UK and a different generation to the writer so I couldn't really relate to the examples he gave. I did find however, the 'Top ten most frequently mentioned words in free descriptions of an ideal life' interesting as it showed what different cultures value and their idea of happiness.

I was not the target audience for this book. I apologise, I had a misconception. Unfortunately, this was a bit simplistic for me and repeated what I had already known.

Though, I believe there is indeed an audience for this book - this is a quick read and a great summary of how to live better, and gaining more self-awareness. If you are new to reading about these topics, you might like to book and gain insights from it.
