The recipes in this book were simple enough to follow and pretty much all of the ingredients in the recipes were easy to get a hold of, which is always important in a recipe book. If you're looking for healthy recipes that are easy to incorporate into your daily diet then this book is good for that. This book is more a diet plan to follow though, rather than a recipe book that aims to help you be healthy. There are dietary rules and values to follow and while I think the structure and advice would be good if you were looking for a complete revision of your diet, this is not the book for dipping in and out of. I got a little lost the second it started talking about different colour groups for different foods and that you could only eat certain colours at certain times. I look for simplicity in a diet and this was a bit too involved for me.
