I was very much excited for this book however I feeling like it was mis-titled. The "styles" in the book appear to be more aspects of a healthy relationship as opposed to a Style. A Relationship Style implies something more singular and definitive. The "styles" here are merely different parts you may find in your relationships. It remonds me much of "love languages", a single one alone would not make up an entire relationship, they have to exist together. There is a decent amount of extra information in the book, however it can become dense in areas.
