Cute art and the words had a variety of fonts which is always great for beginning readers. It breaks up the text very nicely. The dialogue was a bit awkward at times, but the fun art makes it less noticeable.

The illustrations were gorgeous. As an adult, I found the story a bit repetitive for my tastes, but, in my experience, children like that sort of thing. I can't wait to read it to my nieces and nephews.
