This was so much fun!! My friends and I are going to read this book for our book club next month and this is so perfect for it!! I am planning to host it this month and this is the perfect asset to help make the book club for “Tangled Up in You” the best experience yet! I loved how it came with printable bookmarks to use, I am definitely going to to print and laminate them! I loved the author interviews, they were so fun to read! As soon as I finish writing this review I am going to run to buy all the ingredients to make REN’s cocktail and the banana Foster bread pudding! I love that it had suggesting at the end for other books we could read! It will be so helpful for picking our next book club book!

This book club kit for Tangled Up in You is an excellent companion to the novel. It's especially geared towards group discussions and activities within a book club setting, but it can also be enjoyed by solo readers. The kit features an interview with Christina Lauren about crafting a good retelling, discussion questions relating to themes in the book, and numerous fun things like book marks, cocktail and snack recipes, a game of Road Trip This or That, and instructions on how to make a flower crown like Rapunzel/Ren. I also loved the "What to Read Next" section, highlighting four similar novels, and the peeks at more books by Christina Lauren and more books from Hyperion Avenue. This kit is a great way to enhance the reading experience of Tangled Up in You.

I thought this was the actual book, so I need to get that in order to read, but love the idea of having this kit!!

This was a really fun book club companion! I loved the bookmarks with quotes on them and the recipes would be so fun for a group. I thought the discussion questions were thoughtful and would stimulate good discussions. The interview with Lauren and Christina was insightful and added to my enjoyment of the story!

I think that this was such a well thought out map for the basis of Tangled Up in You, and I think that the questions made so much sense and tied together to the story, nothing outlandish or unhelpful to what might make the reader think anything complicated outside of the story, it was insightful and provided a bit more thought of the character formulation in my head. I think it was creatively thought out to as well, I think the drinks and bookmarks, as well as suggestions were such a nice touch, and as a Disney fan I truly loved it!


I cannot wait to set this up and use this with my friends when the book releases!

This is such a cool book club kit to go along with Tangled Up in You! The Christina Lauren duo is an auto-buy author for me and I am really looking forward to using this alongside the reading of this book! I really liked the author interview in particular as I think it gives you a nice insight into the authors. I love learning about the authors I read and sort of connecting with them as the writer too! The rest of the kit is amazing, as well. I love the discussion questions, the drink and food recipes, the printable bookmarks, and the this or that game! I think this is a fantastic idea and helps make hosting a book club with friends much easier as you have a template to go off of! Less stress means more time to read :)

I really enjoyed the author interview and learned a lot about what inspired the authors! I appreciated how they struck a balance with familiar elements of the tale with their own unique twists. This book club kit is great and has everything you need for your book club! The bookmarks are super cute and who doesn’t love a good bookmark? The cocktails and food recipes are also nice to have included in the kit because they are inspired by the book! They also set the tone of the book club meeting. Fun craft ideas are great to have as well as ideas on what to read next.
