I am a great believer in we are what we eat, this book shows many good examples and facts of the power of food for health. A recommended read.
This is a well designed around choosing a plant-based lifestyle. I went into this expecting more recipes and the like, but was pleasantly surprised that this book is so informative around the reality of our environmental impacts. As someone who has been plant-based for nine years, there was still a lot of new information and I am eager to continue to dive deeper into this book and try some of the recipes too.

As I’m getting older I want to feel better and healthier. This book brings up a lot of good points and information. I also like that it talks about steps to help the planet. The scientific chapters really make you think. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a healthier lifestyle.
As a plant based eater myself I found this interesting as my focus was mostly on food but this opened my eyes to other areas of benefit from the lifestyle. Also liked the recipes at the back. Worth a read if you care about our planet and where we are heading.
A great and thought-provoking exploration of how we can and should think about what and how we eat. Certainly of interest as I contemplate making changes to my diet for health.
Unfortunately this was not my favorite read. It was not as focused on food and recipes as I would have liked. It was very well researched, however, and definitely great for someone looking to understand more about climate change.
A thoroughly researched and highly thought provoking read. Some delicious sounding plant based recipes included as well.
