A sweet and cute holiday romance. Julie Murphy and Sierra Simone did a great job with this book!
I really enjoyed Sunny and Isaac's story, and thought that the authors did a really good job at portraying Isaac's grief. and the way he was moving through it. My main issue was that I found the prologue confusing, mostly because I did not realise this was the third book in a series and a lot of different characters were introduced all at once.
Summary: Sunny Palmer returns to Christmas Notch for screenplay inspiration, striking a creative deal with reclusive musician Isaac Kelly after a wild night.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for an eARC of this book, all thoughts are my own.

What a fun, witty and spicy read with a dash of grief and trauma. I really enjoyed this book. Sunny and Isaac were perfect together. Isaac is the sad boy grump while Sunny is the optimistic ball of sunshine. Their sexual chemistry was palpable and I loved how they grew and bonded together over their shared grief. All the side characters were such a joy and added the perfect amount of fun and light heartedness to the book. The spice was 10/10!
Thank you so much to Netgally, the publishers and the authors for allowing me to read this arc

I didn't realise this was part of a series, I'm just a sucker for Christmas books! Apart from.the confusing prologue where we meet a LOT of characters (presumably from earlier books) this was a great read. Unexpected spice at the beginning, forced proximity, grumpy sunshine with lots of inclusion and celebration of all people. Really enjoyed it!

would like to thank netgalley and the publisher for letting me read this lovely christmas feel good book oh and did i mention rude....
this is the story of sunny palmer and isaac kelly the ex porn star and the former heartthrob from the boy band
isaac is still suffering grief from the loss of his wife... but he needs to finish one more album before he can vanish into the wilderness
sunny has a new adventure to try out.... she has pitched an idea for a story one she is trying to write
both need help and come up with the idea of being each others muses...
which meant loads of sex... why not be room buddies with benefits.... even though they are trying to find a muse for each other.......
so much happens in this final book in the series which i am sad about as this series has been a fun to read it has all the elements that anyone could want... christmas and plenty of sex.. just what the docter ordered...
will be keen to see what else these two authors come up with

‘A Jingle Bell Mingle’ by Julie Murphy and Sierra Simone is the third (and final, unfortunately) full length novel in the Christmas Notch series of spicy festive rom-coms set in a small Vermont time famous for being the set of Yuletide films. This time we finally focus on the wonderful Sunny - who we met and loved across the first two books - and brooding bereaved former boyband member Isaac (who completes the ‘INK’ trio alongside Nolan and Kallum who are very much coupled up by now with Bee and Winnie after their own stories).
After a bit of a clichéd start (there’s no - dry - room at the inn for Sunny after a burst pipe incident and so she ends up roommates with her one-night-stand), this novel deepens into an exploration of bereavement and grief while also remaining a hilarious and heartwarming read. I really loved the dynamic between Sunny and Isaac, both of whom needed encouragement for their creative endeavours, and couldn’t stop laughing at Sunny’s fabulously grumpy cat and his antics! As ever with this series, the spicy scenes are abundant and super steamy, and it’s the perfect novel to keep you warm on a winter’s night.
It was a four star read for me and I recommend it to anyone who loved the other books in the series.
I received an advance Digital Review Copy of this book from the publisher Harper Collins UK via NetGalley. The opinions expressed in this review are my own.

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity of reading this book. I really tried with it, but found I couldn’t get into it and therefore will not be reviewing.

I really enjoyed this book when I picked it up, it has enough sprinkle to get me in the mood for Christmas and the spice was off the charts. This book has me howling with laughter and shaking my fists with some decisions if that is not a good romance book I don’t know what is. I have loved this series so much and will be always grateful at randomly picking it up because I was in need of a smutty Christmas read.
The characters are just as loveable as the others and the cameos from the previous books always have me kicking my feet.
I will be shouting this book from the rooftops at anyone who needs a smutty romance book to help them keep warm as the winter nights draw in because this book will certainly warm you up in all the right places. If you want some light reading and some hot smutty scenes then this book is the perfect book for you. Remember to read the others before this one however because this will not make sense if you have not as it spoils previous couples. But with this one it makes it so complete and I for one enjoyed it immensely I am now ready for Christmas now.

DNF.
I was really excited to read this as the blurb intrigued me.
However, the prologue initially left me feeling confused as were introduced to far too many characters all at once.
I got a few chapters in but was just completely lost.
I also wasn’t vibing with the writing style.
What a shame!

The 3rd book in the Christmas Notch series which follows Sunny & Issac’s story is every bit as good as Winnie & Bee’s story. I’m in love with all the boys from INK & I’ve always wondered about Issac’s story so I loved that he finally got a book.
Im sad to say goodbye but will be revisiting Christmas Notch every Christmas.

A Jingle Bell Mingle

I mean with venues like the Dirty Snowball, you can guess the clientele right. And you get the lay of the land rather quickly.
This book was a giant ball of fun times. Porn Stars and Boy Band members falling in love and making Hallmark movies together.
The characters are unique and quirky and it did take me awhile to warm to them.

“A Jingle Bell Mingle” by Julie Murphy and Sierra Simone is the third novel in the Christmas Notch series. It’s best to read the previous books first, as you’ll get to know the other characters along the way.
In this part, we follow Sunny, who accidentally sells her first screenplay to the Hope Channel. Seeking inspiration for her script, she heads to Christmas Notch, Vermont. After a one-night stand with Isaac, a former boy band member struggling to regain his creative spark following the death of his wife, he invites Sunny (and her cat) to stay with him at his mansion. From there, the two find it hard to keep their hands off each other..
I really enjoyed this book! It’s not your typical Christmas story, but that just makes it even more fun. Sunny and Isaac are two fantastic characters, and I loved watching their interactions. There are plenty of spicy scenes that will make you blush, but also smile.
I highly recommend this series to anyone who enjoys funny, spicy romcoms.

A perfectly, imperfect Christmas story with all the weird, little sexy bits you would expect from this cute writing duo! Tragic and heartbreaking and so full of emotion that made me catch my breathe and wipe away a tear or two as Isaac and Sunny discover that the hold the past has over them does not need to define them. That they can let the losses go, without forgetting the people they loved. That the ability to love does not end, even with loss, that the heart has the capacity for endless love. The story is made complete with its very own Christmas miracle, a crazy cat, a muse hunt and a lot, I mean a lot of sweaty sexy time! A great way to round out this zany little town with Sunny, Isaac and just a little more Teddy and Steph! And of course the rest of the gang! Loved it to pieces!

This is so fun - it’s steamy and silly but there’s a heart to it that made me care so much about this gorgeous couple.
This is the fun little universe of Christmas Notch, which we first meet in A Merry Little Meet Cute and A Holly Jolly Ever After. Read these two first if you can and you’ll get so much more out of A Jingle Bell Mingle.
Sunny is a content creator for porn, Isaac is a musician (and third former member of the boy band INK). He’s a bit of a sad sack (arrested grief, probably). He can’t trust himself to fall in love even though Sunny is the bomb, in and out of the sack.
There’s so much positivity here - it’s very steamy 🌶🌶🌶 but it’s joyful and so much fun, as well as tender. Even with their athletics, they are gentle with each other. The tension comes with Isaac as his past experience is so tragic. Sunny is delicious but she's not a pushover. Spoiler alert - he gets there and it’s awesome 🥰 Happy early Christmas!
Thank you so much NetGalley, Sierra Simone and Julie Murphy, and Harper Collins UK for the ARC. Opinions are my own.

It's always fun returning to Christmas Notch, which must be filled with the horniest people in America!
This was pure filth, but with a compelling story around the oodles of sexual tension, chemistry and actual bonking!
We finally get Isaac Kelly's story, the final member of INK who has real heartbreak in his past which affects everything he does or doesn't do.
And it was good getting to know Sunny too, and their working together to find out more about a real life Christmas miracle was really sweet.
Add in a demon cat and a happy ending for another of the regular characters in this series and you have a brilliant final book in the series.
It's hot, it's fun, and it's just incredibly readable. Loved this a lot, and highly curious to see if the writers will team up again in the future.
Thank you to HarperCollins and Netgalley for this book that I have reviewed honestly and voluntarily.

Thanks to the Publisher and Netgalley for an early review copy.
I enjoyed this book, which wasn’t a normal Christmas book.
The characters were lovely, some relatable.
The story had plenty of spice.
I recommend this book.

This is very much an all over the place and all at once, and really quite messy as a book! From the opening chapter to the last one, we have characters that are linked to the porn industry getting married, having kids, working out how to get married and swiping on apps to find hook ups. The characters are kind of fun although their killer instincts and personalities did grate on me as the same high energy was turned constantly on. A bit of a cute romance with the running theme of whether Teddy will propose to Steph, a few in jokes however I really struggled to keep all that was happening in my head and to remember who was who and who was doing what to whom.

A fun, binge worthy, merry read full of festive, swoon worthy romance. The premise was unique and the stream was streaming, as per for Sierra. The characters had individuality which made their union all that more sweeter.

Sunny and Isaac’s romance in this Christmas novel is a blend of steamy, funny, and heartfelt moments. Sunny stays in town to write a screenplay based on a local Christmas legend and ends up living in Isaac’s mansion. Grieving his late wife, Isaac is drawn to Sunny but resists love. Their chemistry is undeniable, with humorous scenes involving everything from local legends to Sunny’s quirky cat. The book features a wonderful found family, a magical Christmas town, and a spicy yet heartwarming romance, making it a delightful, feel-good holiday read.

First of all thank you for approving my request!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book! The authors writing style had me hooked throughout this book.
I didn't want it to end, a book I really couldn't put down.

I went into "Jingle Bell Mingle" looking for a lighthearted romance, but I got mixed surprises. The story starts with an out-of-place prologue, and an overwhelming number of characters are introduced right away, making it challenging to keep up initially. However, things became clearer once the focus shifted to the main characters, Isaac and Sunny. Isaac is a depressed widower stuck in his grief, while Sunny is a vibrant, confident woman with hidden insecurities. Their chemistry was there, but it wasn’t precisely sizzling as much as the cover promised.
I enjoyed the book's openness about sex, bisexuality, and body positivity. Some scenes were spicy and fun, but the overall romance between Isaac and Sunny didn’t quite land for me. There was a lot of talk about how hot people are, but not much actual chemistry between the main couple. I wanted more emotional depth and connection in their relationship, especially given Isaac's heavy emotional baggage. Both characters could use some serious therapy rather than just jumping into a romance.
The side elements, like Isaac’s online cold-case group of older women and the WWII love story they help uncover, added some quirky charm to the story. And Mr. Tumnus, Sunny's cat, was a fun addition. However, Sunny's tendency to fawn over almost everyone she meets becomes frustrating, and Isaac's reluctance to move on from his past makes it hard to root for their relationship.
If you're looking for a spicy Christmas read with plenty of sexual fluidity, this might be your book. But if you expect a more traditional rom-com vibe, you might find it too intense and uneven. It’s a unique read, and I can see how it could appeal to certain readers, but it wasn’t for me.
