As someone who created an account without knowing anything about NetGalley, I very much valued this packet. I feel like I am ready to go with a refreshed bio and better perspective of reviews.

As someone who's very new to the ARC process on Netgalley, I found this toolkit to be very helpful! It offers easy to follow guidelines on everything Netgalley, such as setting up your profile, writing reviews, and the importance of feedback ratios. I am a new to NetGalley and reviewing advance reader copies. This book provides a ton of information to effectively utilize the site, enabling me to read more and share my thoughts with publishers. The useful and resourceful “NetGalley’s Book Advocate Toolkit” is one I had the pleasure of reading. It’s simple, yet informative language helps NetGalley users experience the best out of NetGalley.

What I found most helpful was the Profile Update section. Having some guidance on how to set up my Bio and to think about how to reach a higher feedback ratio was very useful.

The colorful and well-organized pages made this nonfiction text into a fun and quick read. I absolutely love and appreciate how there were graphics to separate ideas and suggestions. It made the toolkit a more pleasurable experience.

Overall, this was a worthwhile read, and I recommend it to every NetGalley user. I have been a NetGalley user for years, and I have learned a few new tips myself.
