‘The Green Pill’ explores the benefits and potential of alternative medicinal practices, specifically focusing on cancer patients. While it offers a unique perspective, it's essential to approach the book with caution and not take its information as medical advice. Each person's experience with alternative medicine can vary significantly, and decisions should always be made in consultation with medical professionals.

Accuracy: ★★★☆☆
The book provides an interesting take on alternative medicine and its mental health benefits. However, it's crucial to remember that what works for one person may not work for another. The information in ‘The Green Pill’ should not be taken as medical advice, and readers should consult healthcare professionals before making any changes to their treatment plans.

Perspective: ★★★★☆
Judd's passion for alternative medicine is evident throughout the book. He offers a heartfelt perspective, sharing personal anecdotes and insights that add a personal touch to the narrative. This passionate perspective can be inspiring for readers who are open to exploring different medicinal practices.

Relevance: ★★★★☆
In today's world, where standard pharmaceuticals are often the go-to solution, it's important to consider alternative options. ‘The Green Pill’ highlights the relevance of these practices, reminding readers of the long history of diverse medicinal practices throughout human history.

Engagement: ★★☆☆☆
While Judd's passion is clear, the book struggles to maintain a high level of engagement. The writing can feel dense at times, and the pacing is uneven, making it challenging to stay fully invested in the content. Readers may find their attention wavering as they progress through the book.

Readability: ★★★☆☆
The readability of ‘The Green Pill’ is moderate. The language is accessible, but the structure and flow could be improved to enhance the overall reading experience. The inclusion of personal anecdotes helps break up the more informational sections, but the book could benefit from a more streamlined narrative.

Enjoyment: ★★☆☆☆
Overall, the book's enjoyment factor is mixed. While the subject matter is intriguing and the author's passion is evident, the execution falls short in maintaining reader interest. The inconsistencies in engagement and readability make it a less enjoyable read for those seeking a more captivating exploration of alternative medicine.

‘The Green Pill’ by Rolland Judd offers an insightful perspective on alternative medicine and its potential benefits for mental health. While the book is relevant and well-intentioned, it struggles with engagement and readability. Readers should approach it with an open mind but also with a critical eye, recognising the importance of consulting medical professionals before making any changes to their treatment plans.

Awesome book, and very informative. It gives lots of insight to how cannabis helps with cancer treatment. There is so much useful information in this book. Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for the free copy of this book in exchange for my honest review!

Very information book. Interesting read. I love that the book breaks down the basics of cancer and cannabis individually and then brings it altogether so you can be completely clueless to cancer or cannabis and understand the concepts in this book
