Favorite Things About Camp NetGalley:

As a first-time participant, I was excited to join NetGalley. The themed challenges and interactive activities made reading feel fresh and engaging. I loved discovering new genres and authors, and the sense of community among fellow book lovers was inspiring.



To make Camp NetGalley even better, I suggest creating a "New Reviewer Spotlight" section. This would give new reviewers like myself a chance to share our first reviews and get constructive feedback. Workshops on effective review writing and gaining followers would also be helpful.



Adding more interactive elements, like live Q&A sessions with authors or NetGalley Workers and virtual book club meetings, could make the camp even more immersive. Recognition for milestones achieved during the camp would add extra motivation.

This is so fun! Thanks NG for putting this together. I LOVE a Bingo game and will certainly be participating all summer.

This is such a cool packet for summer reading activities! Forget the summer reading program for children, this is a summer activity pack for mature readers! I’m excited to engage with this book pack via social media and meet more bookish friends!

This seems really fun! The bingo is definitely what I’m most excited for. I’m also really keen to see the reviews featured in the talent show (and find some new accounts to follow)!

I did find it a little difficult to understand what exactly ‘Camp NetGalley’ involves, as the promotional posts didn’t quite include enough explanation. However, after I downloaded the welcome packet it made some more sense. I’m still a little clueless as to what the next events in the Camp involve, but I guess we’ll find out as we go!

Love love love this!! The idea of the book bingo is so creative, because you can make Instagram posts/reels with the cover of the book on the bingo squares!! Next year you could also do a ranking chart of some sort. Or categories of like "best book by a debut author read so far" etc.

This is so much fun! Thanks to We are bookish for putting this together. I've had trouble lately deciding on what to read next and the bingo card adds a fun way to choose my next books. The scavenger hunt sounds like a lot of fun and I'm most looking forward to that. I love the idea of getting a special badge. It would be fun to have some prizes in the future as well.
