Excited for camp netgalley, maybe this will get be back into writing reviews??? I have really gotten out of the habit of it since I rarely use goodreads for true posting anymore and have transitioned to TheStoryGraph. Netgalley should really consider getting a connection to that site... just sayin
What a fun community engagement idea! Looking forward to playing along and keeping motivated for my summer reading goals!
I am excited to participate in Camp NetGalley. It's a motivating way to get more reading in during the summer months. Reminds me of Book-It from my childhood.
This is a super fun idea for reading NetGalley books over summer. Well designed and thought out. I can’t wait to participate.
This looks like such a fun idea! Looking forward to participating and perhaps "meeting" new bookstagram friends. Thank you NetGalley!
Camp NetGalley is a really fun idea for summer reading, and it's great to see a new badge after so long of inactivity on that front. Hopefully some new badges to earn are on the way for us in 2025! I'm also really digging the Bingo options, particularly reviewing the oldest book on our shelf and raising our feedback ratio (something I am in desperate need of doing...).
For my Talent Show entry, I'm going with one of my favorite reviews, penned back in December 2018 for Gabino Iglesias's COYOTE SONGS. You can read this review on Goodreads at https://www.goodreads.com/review/show/2590745152.
I like the idea of this……but this may be difficult for some in practice.
I like the bingo card and the cute page for stickers!!!!
This is fun! Can’t wait to participate! Excited for all the books I’ll read during this time! Thank you!
This is fantastic! What a fabulous start to summer reading! I already raced through this packet of information and love the bingo board. Now it's time to pack up my TBR pile and find some book escapes.
This idea is cute and looks like it will be a fun experience. Can’t wait to participate. Thanks for keeping up the bookish engagement.
As someone who always wanted to go to a bookish summer camp, I'm living for Camp NetGalley! I'm already feeling inspired to pick out my summer TBR and read outside. I can't wait to decorate the camp banner from the Welcome Packet with stickers, photos of my reading spots, and images of all the book covers that I read during the month. I'm really looking forward to the scavenger hunt too and I've already added a reminder to my calendar to check the social channels!
What a fun way to help me get through my summer reading! The welcome packet is a great idea to have all of the information in one place and helps me plan my week of camp. These activities look so fun and I can't wait to add a badge to my profile! Especially excited to add my camp reads to my Reading Journal and use the new stickers we get. Can't wait to see what my other bunkmates are reading in the Horror & Sci-Fi bunk!
A new NetGalley badge?! I’m here for it. I’ve been using the Reading Journal from We Are Bookish all year so I can’t wait to see the new stickers and play a new bingo board! I’ll come back and add more thoughts at the end of the month once camp is over. Thanks, NetGalley!
So excited for Camp NetGalley! This Welcome Packet is super cute and I can't wait for camp to start. I love the outdoorsy designs and all the fun bookish activities planned for the month. I'm incredibly stoked to get this awesome new badge and I'm dying to get my hand on the new stickers for my Reading Journal! I'm bunk 4 all the way and can't wait to see who all my bunkmates are. And a talent show and scavenger hunt? Can't wait!!
Camp NetGalley is exactly what I needed this summer! The idea is nostalgic and very fun, all while being very bookish. I found the Welcome Packet to be full of resources, and I like the ability to look ahead at each week's theme (also gives me something to look forward to!). I honestly cannot wait for the revised Book Advocate Toolkit - and the Scavenger Hunt should be very exciting. (PS. I'm definitely in Bunk 4!
