This was a fun thing to do!! Unfortunately I got sick throughout it so I was not able to really follow along as well, but definitely a nice thing to do!

I like the idea of this project, and it did encourage me to log back into NetGalley and check out another advance title for review, but the incentive of a badge on my profile wasn't ultimately compelling enough a benefit for me to finish this event in time.

4.5⭐️’s! This book is an encapsulating duel timeline historical fiction that left me sobbing on my flight home! One story line follows a female airline pilot in the 1990s, and the other follows the story of a little girl during WWII. Their two stories end up intertwined in the most beautiful way as the novel progresses! I definitely recommend this book for any historical fiction fans - especially if you liked The Book Thief because it gives off similar vibes imo!

Camp NetGalley was so fun! I hope this returns next year!!
The activities were enjoyable and challenged me to read a bit more outside of my comfort zone.

Camp NetGalley was fantastic, evoking nostalgia for childhood and late nights immersed in books! It kept me accountable for reading and also encouraged me to look into books outside of my usual genres. I'll be back next summer!

This seems like a wonderful way to engage in reading during the summer! As well as setting new challenges for yourself as a reader and reviewer.

I shouldn't have downloaded it to begin with. I didn't really use this since I already save my reviews to my LibraryThing and Goodreads accounts.

I liked Camp Netgalley! This was so fun to participate. I really liked the surveys but also wish there had been more. I liked giving feedback about the journal and what more we'd like to see.

I really like that these make us feel like we are reading with a team or a group instead of alone. It's a great vibe!
