An enjoyable listen - I often listen to audiobooks a little faster than 1x but for this book I kept it at the normal speed as I was really enjoying the narrator and plot. It’s very complex so it does require concentration.

Emperor Constantine has been assassinated but no one can work out how this could have happened. A new Emperor of Mu must be selected but there is so much going on. Dragons have been sighted and old races are stirring. Mages, mind magic and battles all feature in this fast paced novel.

Enjoyed this well written and very well narrated novel (I listened to the audiobook). Many important characters with different talents and futures. Lots of twists and turns as we head towards finding a new Emperor of Mu.
