Customer experience is a hot topic in different industries and this specific book provides a huge amount of information and examples of how customer survivorship the sector of luxury brands. To deliver the book, the author has used not only own experience and knowledge but also interviews across the globe, over ten years of research and constant presence within the industry at different fronts. The book covers various aspects of luxury management, brand experiences and market strategies and has case studies in each chapter. Although the book is more of a student textbook type it is still interesting to read and learn new things.

Such a fantastic read, I am very grateful to have received this in order to share my view on it.

It is a wonderful tool in understanding the world of luxury brands, from what it actually means to be one, to the way they changed and the way they found their new place into the world.

It's a book made of tremendous research, even in aspects so hard to gasp as authenticity, and the personal touches and visions of people that create this world of luxury is invaluable in understanding so much about their work.

It brough a lot of clarity to me, a lot of understanding and inspiration. I particularly liked the glimpses it offers into what the future brings, having a focus on new technologies and how luxury brands are at the front of employing them in order to benefit from their impact.

I cannot recommend this book enough to anyone wishing to understand what luxury brands are doing so well and how the future of this industry takes shape. It is a fantastic opportunity to learn from the best players, to the highest level of craft, professionalism and branding.
