This is an important book that to my knowledge is the first of its kind. More and more, companies in the UK and US are asking candidates to take additional assessments as part of the recruitment process. Unfortunately, very little has been written on guiding people through how to prepare for these tests and what to think about, look for, and traps to avoid. Working in HR, people will ask me how to prepare and until now, I had no good advice except "do your best" and "go with your first answer" -- not necessarily adequate advice! This book outlines clear examples with rationales on responses and how to approach these tests.
