2/5 stars. Thank you NetGalley for the arc. Honestly I don’t know how to rate this. This book had SO MUCH info dumping. The first 20-25 percent was so much information it was hard to keep everything straight. And sci-fi is one of the worst genres to get confused in. I was also just bored. I found myself just waiting until the book was over. The only thing that kind of saved it was the main character.
