Thank you netgalley and publishers for an advanced copy of this book for my review and a bigger thank you to Jaimie Admans for writing such a fabulous story. Right from the off I was drawn into this book and completely gripped. A heartwarming and fuzzy feeling, funny festive read, lots of lovable and likeable characters with a real community spirit. An absolute pearler of a book leaving you feel warm and hugged. I heartily recommend this book.

Having read so many of Jaimie Adman’s books, I know what she is particularly drawn to in the season of goodwill, so it was no surprise to discover that our heroine Franca made Nutcrackers. Not just the variety that can hang from a Christmas tree but full-on, life-sized examples designed to grace an entranceway. The worrying thing is that because of her obsession with fellow trader Raff, she is now faced with the real possibility that she could lose her shop. The council had devised a test to see which shop should stay and which should go, and all Franca needs to do is up her social media game.
Franca is a genuinely sympathetic protagonist; her views on life have been swayed by her parent's bitter divorce. Having been told by Raff’s father that they were each other's true loves after their snow globe mysteriously moved when they both held it. Clearly, that wasn’t true, as their marriage was short-lived and led to heartbreak. Her bruised heart had become obsessed with proving that Dardenne Snow Globes was involved in a giant con and had no place on Ever After Street. After the Christmas shop's opening is botched, Franca discovers that Raff may be someone she needs to rely on.
Franca’s slow realisation that she may have misjudged Raff is beautifully portrayed. From noticing his kindness to meeting his family, her awareness and slow questioning of her previous opinion build speed.
Raff is an absolute gentleman, and it soon becomes clear that he’s not the devious liar Franca has made him out to be. Yes, her accusation has some merit, but his heart is good. His kindness and determination to ensure that all Nutcracker orders are completed spoke volumes for his character.
The biggest worry was realising that one business had to close, and who knew which one would go?
Everything about the Ever After Street series is loaded with love and romance, so it’s not a spoiler to say that there is a happy ending, but what a way to get there. This beautiful story is loaded with warmth and kindness and is perfectly told.

Franca had to give up her career as a ballerina after an accident, which also gave her a mistrust of men. She set up a small business in Ever After Street making traditional nutcrackers, but is slowly becoming disenchanted. A fued with Raff from a shop making snow globes comes to a head resulting in them pitting against each other to stay on the street. An accident that leaves Franca unable to work shows her the other side of Raff.
I have read and enjoyed other books by this author, but this is the first in this series, although this didn't affect my enjoyment of the book. Think Hallmark Christmas movies, with a small community with all the positives and negatives that they can involve. I liked both main characters, which is always a plus, becoming invested in how they manage to resolve their issues. Definitely one to get you in the Christmas mood anytime of the year.
I received an advance copy of this book from the publisher through Netgalley, however this did not influence my review of the book.

Thanks to the Publisher and Netgalley for an early review copy.

I absolutely loved reading this book, which I read in one sitting.

It was wonderful being back on Ever After Street meeting the characters as well as Franca and Raff.

Franca, who makes nutcrackers has lost her love of Christmas and being in love after the marriage of her parents ended in their divorce.

She wants to prove to the other shop owners and the council that Raff is conning people. He is the owner of a snowglobe shop, which his grandfather used to own it. It has a history of bringing two people together.

This war between them has been ongoing for years. The two have been feuding for years on the Ever After Street.

But, when an incident occurring on the street means Franca is unable to make her Nutcrackers, Raff offers to help her in making them.

As they both begin to spend time together Franca learns more about Raff and slowly the fued between them begins to end.

I loved the characters and how Raff was described. If only we could visit Ever After Street.

I highly recommend this book.

Christmas Ever After was such a delight. I loved Franca and Raff and the unconventional and unexpected way they were thrust together. Their banter, as well as Franca’s inner dialogue, was hilarious and had me laughing out loud over and over. I loved watching them grow closer and help each other in countless ways. Raff was top-tier book boyfriend material: sensitive (love a man who’s in touch with his emotions!), sweet, and oh-so-swoony. I love how he showed up for Franca in so many ways and shook up her life in ways she never knew she needed. Raff's family and the whole Ever After Street gang were delightful too, and it was nice to see familiar faces from the previous books.

This magical, hopeful, heartfelt romance is a must-read this holiday season.

Jamie Admans NEVER disappoints! In this latest episode of Christmas Ever After Street, we meet Franca, who owns a nutcracker shop, and Raff, who owns a snowglobe shop. Each is an artisan in their own right, and each carries baggage that must be resolved before they can move forward. After years of fighting, they suddenly find themselves thrust together due to an accident, and learn that their hatred can be rechanneled into a deep passion. Full of Christmas goodies and heartwarming moments, this laugh out loud funny is the perfect read to curl up with this year!

Thank you NetGalley and Boldwood Books for the opportunity to read "Christmas Ever After" in exchange for my honest review.

A book by Jaimie Admans is ALWAYS worth more than 5 stars. Her stories are always heartfelt and incredibly well written. You feel you know the characters a few pages into the stories because they all come to life on the pages.

The story is set in Herefordshire and we meet Franca Andrews who opened The Nutcracker Shop on the Christmas Ever After cul-de-sac 4 years ago. She's had a crush on Jorge the baker but things happen and she learns he's not all he seems to be. Then she meets Raphael Dardenne who owns a matchmaking snow globe shop. Franca has been holding bitter feelings against the entire Dardenne family because her parents were matched by one of their snow globes and they had a disasterous marriage. She's complained so much that the council has decided that one of their shops will have to go in the new year. So Raff has to make 5 real love matches or Franca has 5 postings from happy nutcracker customers - whoever doesn't, they will have to leave the cul-de-sac.

Their are so many laugh out loud moments in a Jaimie Admans book. Franca considers Raff her "arch-nemesis" but he really comes through for her when she's hurt and can't work. His family welcomes her with open arms and she realizes what a real family christmas is supposed to feel like.

This is a fantastic feel-good Christmas story, it will make you laugh, it will make you cry and it will make you believe in Christmas.

This was such a fun and cute holiday read!! It was a rival holiday store story line with nutcrackers and snow globes, only one can remain. It was such a funny cute book and I loved it.

Franca makes nutcrackers. Raff makes snow gloves. They both have shops on Christmas Ever After, and they are bitter rivals. Raff’s grandfather started the business and his snow globes were said to move if you held one with your soulmate, and he has continued the business. Franca thinks the “magic snow globes” are nothing but trickery and a con. Their bickering has been incredibly disruptive to all the other business on Christmas Ever After, so a challenge was issued to the two and the winner gets to keep their shop.
I love the Ever After Street books, they are so fun and sweet. I really enjoyed the Christmas spin off street. This book can absolutely be read without having already read the rest of the Ever After Street books if you just want to jump right into a Christmas-y story. In typical @jaimieadmans1 style it’s a fun love story with a couple that is a delight to watch fall for each other. Thank you to @theboldbookclub and @netgalley for providing me with the advanced copy to review.

A Christmas instalment from Ever After Street! This book is in the Ever After series but can be read as a stand alone. We are in the Christmas part of the street, following Franca who owns the Nutcracker shop and Raff who owns the snow globe shop.

This gave me Christmas magic vibes it was so fun and some parts really made me laugh, Franca and Ralf are really fun and willing to show how much they can change for each other even if they have to compete between them

We are back on Ever After Street but this time the Christmas themed part of the community! Franca makes nutcrackers but someone she’s in a competition with Raff at his snow globe shop. Why are they enemies? Can they get along for the holiday season?

Oh wow I absolutely adored being back on Ever After Street so much. It didn’t even bother me that I was reading a Christmas book in August! As Jaimie Admans takes you on a journey where you completely forget where you are. I was totally invested in Franca and her nutcracker business the love that Jaimie has for nutcrackers just shines off the pages I love it!

Raff is such a character too and I really wanted one of his snow globes they sound amazing and beautiful. I was rooting for Franca and Raff just to get along for the sake of the festive spirit and for the community they know and love.

I would totally want to visit Christmas Ever After if I could. It sounds just magical, like a place where actual magic happens and that’s what Jaimie never fails to bring to her books and writing. I’m always on the lookout for her new books as I’ve read all of her backlist.

I can’t wait to read more for the Ever After Series. If you want a story to get you into the festive mood then look no further than ‘Christmas Ever After’ it’s full of magic, friendship and a very tight knit community which I love. I highly recommend this book and the others in the series, of course! 🥰❄️

A Christmas instalment to the Ever After Street series - yes!
Franca and Raff are sworn enemies in Christmas Ever After, they both think each others businesses are ridiculous. After a heated council meeting, they receive an ultimatum from the council, and only one can remain!
I loved the story, and actually would quite like to live and work in Ever After Street myself!

What a lovely, sweet and easy to follow read. Jaimie should be an all star Hallmark Movie Executive Producer for all the romance and cuteness she brings to her characters.
The story, well, you can literally smell Christmas Market Vibes, anyone who has been to a German one will know what I mean. We follow Franca and her broken fingers along with Raph on their journey from hate to tolerate, will there be room for more? You’ll have to read for yourself. 5 stars

Another wonderful magical visit to Ever After Street!
Jaimie has already gotten me addicted to Nutcracker Christmas decorations in one of her earlier books, and not she’s added snow globes too!
A charming take on The Nutcracker and the Mouse King fairytale (I adore how this series of books are intertwined with fairytales) I loved how to two main characters were set up in competition with each other at the start.
Franca is obsessed with revealing her nemesis as a fraud, and it was mesmerising watching their change in emotions for each other as the story unravels.
Raff surprises Franca by stepping in to help, he begins to bring back the magic of Christmas to her in the process, you can’t help but admire him and his kindness and are soon wanting to find out if they will get a happy ever after!
Such a sweet story filled with festive feel good moments and amusing happenings that kept me turning the pages.
Nutcrackers or snow globes?
I choose both!

2⭐️ Thank you to NetGalley and Boldwood Books for an advanced copy of Christmas Ever After.

This story centers around Franca who owns a nutcracker store on Ever After Street and staff who owns a snow globe store on Ever After Street. They are rivals who each want to keep their store afloat. But over time they see that there is a thin line between love and hate.

I love anything Christmas but I just could not get into this book. It was very slow and it wasn’t until the last quarter of the book until I felt like things started to pick up. I also struggled to connect with the characters.

Looking back, this was my first time reading Adman’s work and it was rather enlightening to see that she is such a talented writer. Thus, I did not read it as a part of Ever After Street Series and therefore, was not familiar with it. It was charming and delightful, making it an excellent Christmas story to read during this sweltering heat. This was a cute Christmas story that I recommend to all holiday readers.

Thank you to Boldwood Books and NetGalley for allowing me to read and review this book.

Another gorgeous read from Jaimie from and it was lovely to be back on Ever After Street with the other shop owners and with two new faces in Franca and Raff. This story was wonderfully romantic and was the perfect book for the run up to Christmas.

Jaimie's books are so relatable, I think everyone can see someone they know in each of the characters within Jaimie's books.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A heartwarming Christmas story based on initial rivalry and in an interesting twist based round traditional treasures, The battle between the Nutcracker and the ephemeral snow globe. Franc the goes head to head with Raff in combat for business survival but in the magical world of a Christmas village will hate be transformed and their hearts melted

4.5 stars
I always love a Nutcracker in amongst my Christmas decorations and the snow globes made by Raff sounded so magical - bringing the magic of Christmas to life. Jaimie has certainly established a wonderful feeling of Christmas magic in this latest story from Ever After Street - from the Christmas market to Christmas traditions, we’re treated to all things festive and I for one am definitely up for that.
Seeing familiar faces is a lovely connection to the series and Franca and Raff’s rivalry and chemistry is a great opener to this one.
