Such a charming, feel-good, lighthearted witchy read!
Three sisters -identical triplets- who are all clairvoyant and run a magical tearoom where you can get a perfect cup of tea, a delicious treat, and a glimpse into your future. Location of said tearoom? Their sentient house. You can't get cozier than that.
The story starts when the sisters are "called upon" by the Council (of witches, of course). From there, multiple intertwined mysteries surface, and the sisters have to unravel each unknown and find themselves in the process. It's low stakes, grabs your attention, and is an even paced read that doesn't falter at any point. Each sister is equally interesting, each of their stories emotional, and you're left satisfied and with your heart full by the last page.
If you grew up with sisters, this book will tug at your heartstrings. Such a perfect pick-me-up book for the cozy season; this is going on my shelf so that I can reach for it whenever I need my mood lifted.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the e-arc!

This book was a little too slow for me. I loved the premise and thought the characters were lovely but I just couldn't get into the storyline.
I'm sure it will be a hit with lots of readers. Just not my cup of tea.

The Crescent Moon Tearoom is run by 3 sisters who use their fortune-telling skills alongside their teas. They always been together but circumstances seem to be pulling them apart. Are they cursed to be separated?
I struggled to get into this book - it felt like nothing happened for quite a while, until everything resolved in the last couple of chapters. The chapters tell the stories of the sisters, each chapter told by a different sister. The sisters didn't really seem to care about the curse - it took about 9 months (the timeline is unclear) for them to actually do something, all while pulling apart (while the house was getting more and more frantic).
The concept is excellent - a witchy tea room, forces working against the sisters, and a house that was desperately tried to help. The Tasks for the witches was an especially interesting plot point, that could have been explored more (or a whole different book!)
Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for an advanced ebook copy in exchange for an honest review.

"A cozy and uplifting debut novel about three clairvoyant sisters who face an unexpected twist of Fate at the bottom of their own delicate porcelain cups."
A perfect blend of tea, propriety, sisterhood, loyalty, curses and temptation. Oh and a sassy cat to boot!!
It's hard to believe that this is a debut novel as it is so beautifully written. I was warmed by the sisterly bond described and the love they held for each other.
It was a gentle read with relationships being built slowly. The sentient house was such a lovely touch. It was a subtle magical fantasy book focusing on bonds and expectations. A warming read for a cool rainy day.

Will you read it? If you've read it already, what were your thoughts??

A cozy, witchy, mystery following 3 sisters who run a tearoom where they read the futures of their customers in tea leaves.
I absolutely adored the way that the tearoom was portrayed as its own character; It had its own magical abilities and personality and quickly became one of my favourite parts of the story!!!
We jump around a lot from each of the sisters perspectives, which at first I did find a bit confusing due to not knowing the characters very well. I spent a lot of time scanning back to see who I was reading about, but settled into this as the story progressed.
Each chapter opened up with the meaning behind a different tea leaf reading which foretold the chapter. I loved this and thought it was incredibly clever!!!
The second 50% of this book was absolutely wonderful and I can confidently recommend you pick it up and read it yourself!!!

Stacey Sivinski's The Crescent Moon Tearoom is a charming escape into a realm of enchantment and cozy fantasy. The story follows the Quigley triplets, Anne, Beatrix, and Violet, who run a magical tea shop in Chicago. Their days are filled with fortune-telling, brewing enchanting teas, and serving delectable treats.
When the Council of Witches comes calling, the sisters find themselves facing a challenge. The city's Diviner has lost her powers, and the Council needs their help to restore them. As the sisters embark on this magical adventure, they must confront their own fears and discover their true destinies.
While the book is a joy to read, there is one minor quibble. Occasionally, the long, run-on sentences can disrupt the flow of the narrative. The story loses some of its momentum and it times can feel rather slow. However, this is a minor issue that does not detract significantly from the overall enjoyment of the book.
Overall, The Crescent Moon Tearoom is a charming and heartwarming tale that will leave you feeling uplifted. Perfect for fans of fantasy, romance, and cozy reads.

I was instantly drawn in by the cover of this book and was pleased to be accepted to read. This is a bit different from my usual reads but I wanted something to get me in the autumn spirit. I absolutely loved it. It was well paced constantly leaving u wanting to read the next chapter. I loved getting to slowly know what each sister was like. I will definitely be looking out for more from Stacy!

The Crescent Moon Tearoom was an easy read with cosy scene setting and a satisfyingly warm ending. The book centres on three sisters who live and work together in a tearoom, reading tea leaves to divine their customers' futures. The story is very much a journey of self acceptance and sisterhood, and gives that warm and fuzzy feeling in places. It took me quite a while to get into the plot itself, beyond the enjoyable setting, but flew through the latter half of the book.
However, there were a few things that held me back from giving it a better rating. The writing style is fairly simplistic, and felt rather repetitive in places, and whilst not necessarily a bad thing, I can't say I enjoyed it enough to rave about it. And whilst there are three main characters, this spread of points of view and storyline felt like the characters were too watered down to really grow attached to either of them in any meaningful way, particularly in the relatively short overall word count. I'd have liked the story to delve more into the sisters' backgrounds.
Otherwise, it was a decent story and I did love the enchanted house and tearoom setting. A thoroughly cosy read, but probably not one I'd pick up again.

A great autumnal read. I enjoyed the story of the three sisters and the setting of the tearoom. It would be a good read for anyone who enjoys the cosy witchy genre (which I personally love). I do wish it had a bit more pace, as I found I was being drawn to reading my other books more, Depending on the narrator I would purchase on audio to enjoy again.

3.5 ✨️
Overall, this was a sweet, cosy read. The overarching story of the three sisters was heartwarming; I liked that each sister was different and unique- it can be very easy for writers to overgeneralise siblings and make them slightly different versions of the same person, but this didn't feel like this.
However, for a short novel, there was a lot going on in terms of side plot for each sister and it felt quite overwhelming. I also can't help but feel that the whole book should have been set in one season (autumn) rather than tracking over a longer period of time.

The Crescent Moon Tearoom is a perfect cute, cozy fantasy. t’s a beautiful story of three sisters trying so hard to stay together while also trying to listen to their hearts and tempted to follow their own paths for their lives. It was short and sweet, and it's certain to pull on the heartstrings of anyone who grew up close to their sisters. I loved everything about this story!! Absolutely enchanting, this is a must read for my witchy book lovers. The pacing, plot as it develops, and the magical threads are beautifully written and blossom with each page.

I had a good time with this cosy witchy read. The pacing was good and the story was fun. Could have done with just a little more depth to the characters but overall it was written well. A good one for October or when you feel like a nice cosy book to have fun with
