Personally not for me. I tried to get into it and even gave it two different tries in case it was a mood thing, but I was not able to get past the first 15%. I know a lot of other readers will love this book though.

Nisha J. Tuli's Storm of Ink and Blood is a stunning conclusion to The Nightfire Quartet, masterfully blending romance and fantasy in a way that leaves readers breathless. From the very first page, Tuli immerses us in a world rich with magic, danger, and unforgettable characters. The stakes are higher than ever as our protagonists face their greatest challenges, and the emotional depth of their journey is beautifully portrayed.
The romance in this final installment is particularly compelling, exploring themes of trust, sacrifice, and the power of love against all odds. Tuli’s writing is both lyrical and evocative, capturing the intensity of every moment. The chemistry between the characters sizzles.
Tuli has crafted a conclusion that feels truly satisfying and ties up loose ends while leaving a lasting impact.
Storm of Ink and Blood is a triumphant finale that will resonate with fans of romantic fantasy. Tuli has solidified her place as a formidable voice in the genre, and I can't wait to see what she creates next. A must-read!

Wow this book isn’t at all what I expected. It’s a whole new turn from the first two books with a new city, a new band of friends and a new conflict. We heard the profit from Zaryas mom in book 2, and now it’s Zaryas chance to fight to prove herself. There’s a big question throughout the book about who to trust, and we don’t know how itll play out until the very end. I was glad to see Rows character arc redeemed, that Yasen continued to stand by her side, and even though the spice is cringy and not my fav, I did appreciate the romantic interludes in the middle of all the action. Of course there’s a cliffhanger so if you thought book 3 was the end- think again! ✨ My favorite of the series is still the first, but I’ll keep reading to find out what happens next!
I received an advance review copy for free from the publisher via Netgalley and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

I have been provided with a review copy of this title from NetGalley for an impartial review. I just loved getting to enter this world. I just loved getting to meet these characters and see what they are currently getting themselves into. This book was just a really fun read. I just lost myself in this great story and I didn’t want to put it down. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

Nisha does it again!! First thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for letting me have the opportunity of reading the Third book of The Nightfire Quartet.
I could not put this book down and honestly if I didn’t have kids I would have read this is a day! The growth of Zarya and her found family is amazing. I have never root for a happy ending as hard as I am for Zarya and Rabin. Compared to the other two books, I felt as though there wasn’t much going on with also a lot going on - the pieces were all being mapped out and placed to set yup yet another amazing NJT cliff hanger. The Queen of cliffhangers I tell you!
I cannot wait for Book 4, and I will now in a book slump waiting for that and the final of her other series (if you know you)

The third instalment in the Nightfire 🔥Quartet Series is full of magic ✨ light and dark. The world 🌍 and plot is expanded perfectly giving readers everything they could need from a dark romantasy ❤️ series. I absolutely loved the new setting, which is vivid and inspired by Indian lore.
There’s an ancient struggle for freedom and societal injustice. Our FMC (Zarya) joins a band of rebels and takes part in their deadly raids. Creating one of the best found families out there. If you want banter and wit, look here.
The sheer character growth of Zarya from this once sheltered creature to a badass magical freedom fighter is amazing.
I also cannot not mention the romance ❤️🔥, it’s intense, intertwined, complicated and at times spicy 🌶️. I don’t want to say too much due to spoilers but the MMC is definitely up there in my top ten.
Although, readers beware, there’s a cliffhanger at the end! I absolutely cannot wait for the next book. I know there is so much more to come.
Read this series if you like high stakes action, romantasy, good banter, unique magic and found family. Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for an ARC. This is a voluntary review of my own thoughts.

I loved this 3rd installment so much! The series seems to get better as we go. The FMC is a bad 🍎 who bounces back after hardships and we’re here for that. Oh and the angst is worth the wait 😏

I loved this action packed installment of the Nightfire Quartet. Zarya is as fierce and impulsive as ever, and I love her for it. She's been hurt, but it doesn't stop her from putting herself back out there and forging ahead in what she believes in. A strong fight against injustice and definitely a lot of development on the romance, this was a great read.

I received an ARC from the publisher via NetGalley and am voluntarily posting a review. All opinions are my own.
Storm of Ink and Blood is the third book in the Nightfire Quartet, following up soon after the end of the prior book. Once again, it’s an epic mix of romance, fantasy, and even a bit of intrigue.
Zarya remains a great protagonist, and I love her growth this time around as she faces more and more challenges, including most prominently, reckoning with the fallout of Rabin’s betrayal.
And speaking of which, I didn’t know how I’d feel about Rabin, given what had happened in the last book, but he quickly won me over again, and he really works to regain Zarya’s trust again, so there’s just as much swoony romance this time around as the last one.
The supporting cast also remains interesting, including some great new characters, and I like what each brings to the table.
Pacing wise, it’s fairly even, and there’s enough going on in the plot that I was engaged throughout. And given my previous couple reads were pretty dull, I liked that this was mostly action-packed fun and steamy romance, so I have few complaints.
This was a solid third installment, and I can’t wait to see how the series comes to a close in the last book! I’d recommend the series thus far to readers looking for more “diverse” romantasy.

This series is so good. I love it more with each book. The characters are amazing and I absolutely love the relationships. The character growth is wonderful to watch. Our heroine finally gives in to her heart in this book 🖤 i was so glad to see Yasen get a little action in this book as well 🔥. This book is found to be much more emotional and found myself crying along with Zee. I can't wait to see where the next book leads!!!

When I first dove into this series as a newbie to the fantasy world genre , I was skeptical but I quickly became obsessed , Nisha and her writing took me on an amazing journey I will forever love !! Zarya and Rabin and Yasen , I absolutely love their relationship, the love between Rabin and Zarya the world building and character development it’s addictive,
The depth of love between the characters was perfection.
This book was by far my favorite so far out of the three , I was on the edge , I cried , laughed and screamed at times !
I highly recommend anything written by the queen Nisha ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This series started a little slow for me but by the time book 2 got into my hands I was absolutely hooked. Book 3 has kept that firing burning strong. Solid 4 stars because I do feel like it was a bit slow at times and there were some threads that seemed to get lost along the way but those small things didn’t effect how much I enjoyed this story and these characters. Spoilers ahead.
Zee and Yas just have such a genuine friendship and I want to be their third best friend. I’m always up for a good heist and an underground rebellion to smash the patriarchy (yes I know they’re in a queendom but still). Also absolutely living for Yas’s boy toy I mean Zee’s half brother I mean Yas’s definitely more than a hook up I mean the secret funder of the rebellion I mean the unlikely hero of the story. Whatever leave me alone I just freaking loved Miraan.
I enjoyed the conflicted emotions Zarya had regarding her relationship with Rabin. I’m really glad she had complex emotions and valid conversations with her support system regarding Rabin, her feelings for him and their relationship. I’m glad she didn’t immediately jump back into his bed but I’m also really glad she didn’t wait toooo long because I needed that tension and banter and spice.
I know that this book was just as much set up for book 4 as story continuation for the entire continent but it had some really good meat to it. We got to work through feelings, we reconnected with the magic gang and we brought in some new really important players. I’m incredibly excited for book 4 to see the conclusion of this story. I need to know what happen’s to Zarya’s tyrannical half-sister and more nervously I need to know who is correct about Zee’s dad - Rabin or Row. Is he going to be a good guy or a bad guy or probably more accurately where is he going to fall on the morally grey scale? Are we going to hate to love him or love to hate him? Either way I know he’s going to play a huge role in book 4 and I’m curious how the rebellion will progress now that freedom is so close for so many. Also are we going to learn the mystery of where Zee’s mom disappeared to? Is she dead? Like what’s the deal.

So much happens in this book, the world is expanded and we get to meet a whole slew of new characters including some of Zaryas family. Zarya and Rabins relationships gets explored to new heights and I’m so excited for the final instalment.

I love this world so much! It’s so bright and colorful, and has opened my eyes to so many new types of food that I want to jump in and taste it all.
Jumping back in to Zarya’s world is always so exciting. The story and the twists and turns that every character goes through is always a new and exciting adventure.
In this book we were able to dive into the nitty gritty of the prophecy, as well as the nature of the Paramadhar relationship.
Overall, this was a colorful addition to The Nightfire Quartet!

Thank you to NetGalley and Second Sky for this opportunity to read, rate and review this arc which will be available wide in October 4, 2024!!!
Holy cow but I honestly did not see half of the twists in this book coming. Our girl Zarya goes thru some stuff and a lot of things are explained. As always with Ms Tuli’s books I was hooked from the first sentence. She dragged emotions and tears out of me. I feel like this book is even better than the last. You are dipped deeper into this world. Also the subject matter is heavy so mind those triggers. I cannot wait for the conclusion of this quartet. It will be explosive!

I received this and hadn’t read the first two which was no problem because I DEVOURED them to get to this book. The action, the politics, the friendships, the spice, this book had it all. I love her writing and am so stoked for the next one! The main character really flourished in this book but the character development for every character was just incredible! I loved the ending leaving us wanting more without it being a huge cliff hanger. Well done!!

If you are looking into reading Nisha's books, just know, that no book in any of her series fails to hit the mark. Each book keeps building and building on each other and you will struggle to decide which one is your favorite.
I love the representation in this series, how she so effortlessly combined facets of fantasy in Indian culture. This has been going on through out the series but it is still as strong now as it was in book one. The growth in Zarya is so great to see, she is becoming more and more confident in herself and her place in this world. No longer the "Swamp Girl" Yasen so affectionately calls her. Their found family dynamic is also adorable and I am so glad they have each other.
Can we all give some applause for the simp that is Rabin? he is so obsessed with Zarya that I am obsessed with him. The steamy moments are fully steamy, and Rabin's dedication to proving himself and his place in her world is unmatched. Top level book boyfriend material for sure.
With another surprising ending, I cannot wait for the conclusion to this series. Like seriously, can I have it now? is now good? I don't know if I can wait to see where this has all been building to.
Thank you Nisha J. Tuli, her team and those at Forever for sending me an ARC in exchange for my honest review. Please keep sending me more of her.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. Thank you to NetGalley, Nisha J. Tuli and Second Sky for this ARC.
Storm of Ink and Blood is book 3 in The Nightfire Quartet.
Zarya has joined the Rising Phoenix resistance and trying to find out how she can free the Vanshaj but she is still heartbroken by Rabin's betrayal and uses the resistance and other means to keep him out of her head.
I had difficulty remembering what had happened in the previous book so had trouble with understand how Zarya came to be such a big part of the resistance. The timeline of events also didn't seem to make sense as Zarya mentions she found out about her nightfire only 7 months ago but then when she's talking about the resistance she says all these years of work when she's probably only been part of them for a couple months. Then there's also her not wanting to believe in Rabin and then proceeds to sleep with him multiple times. Other than these points, I think the story was captivating and now I look forward to Zarya meeting a member of her family very soon.

Nisha J. Tull does it again! This review will be posted on Amazon and Goodreads. Thank you Net Galley for the ARC.
This is the third book in the series, no real cliff hanger.
While this book was full of plot, there wasn’t as much spice or action as the other two in the series. Rabin and Zarya are finally at a good place but the world around them is falling to pieces. I loved the introduction of new characters and the development of the preexisting ones. Yasen is definitely in my top ten of BF and co-conspirators. This book follows the uprising of a rebellion and continues to develop Zarya’s past as well as her relationships with her family members. Overall, this book was a solid read full of magic, friends, building new relationships and love.

Action packed continuation and I can't wait for the final book!
(Potential spoilers for previous books!)
I wasn't so sure coming into this book, given that the romance element was taking a break as Zarya and Yasen head off on their grand adventure. This was definitely a more fantasy action packed book and it felt like we finally saw so much more of this world!
For the Romantasy lovers, don’t worry, Zarya and Rabin’s hate-to-love-to-hate-to-love (honestly I have whiplash 😅) story does return but you have to just wait a bit longer this book. I don’t think they even communicate until like the 30% mark!
In the meantime there's loads going on as Yasen and Zarya get caught up in a rebellion in Gi’ana (Zarya’s Mother’s Queendom), trying to free the enslaved Vanshaj.
(For anyone trying to remember who and where everything is! There is a helpful glossary now at the start of the book, which was the perfect recap for me!)
What I enjoyed:
💙 The plot! This might have been one of my favourite storylines of the series! Its very action packed from the first line! And the things they discover finally unravelled a few questions I had about this world!
💙 Zarya x Rabin. Without spoiling too much, I really like how their relationship develops and the point that they are at going into the next book. It feels they have hit a steady point, and there was only so much push and pull I could take. The spice in this book is GOOD! And probably kicks off from like the halfway point! I will never look at vines the same way though! Also I love how Rabin goes from being a complete simp one minute, to a bossy Daddy the next 😅
💙 Yasen! Still my platonic soulmate! He injects so much humour into the book and the reason why I probably liked this plot more than book 2, is because there was more Yasen! 🤣 Also, things better develop for him and a certain someone or I will RIOT!
The last quarter or so of the book was definitely gripping and I'm looking forward to seeing how this all concludes! Especially given where Zarya is heading next and the crazy b***h still out there! Also really intrigued to see what happens with Vikram and Amriti in the end as they were quiet this book!
