This book changed my perspective and thinking on a lot of things and aspects of life. We as people do tend to not deal with our mental health in the right ways and forms.

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. This is a great and positive self-help guide. I love the idea of becoming a superhero through self-improvement and the quotes provided with the personal notes pages are a nice touch. The chapters are broken down into sections that make it much more easily digestible and the book isn’t overly religious despite the few bible verses dotted through the book which makes it accessible to christians and atheists/agnostics alike.

I found this book really useful and insightful for finding ways to challenges my thinking and changing my everyday wellbeing practice.
I've been looking for a way to kickstart my journalling practice and this book was exactly what I needed, it's got individual chapters that give you prompts on what to reflect on and ways to set yourself goals.
The key focus of this book is the power of positivity that the brain holds. I'm just at the start of my journey of self care and becoming the person I want to be but this book has helped to give me focus with daily tasks that I can be doing and positive ways of approaching something that felt quite daunting.
