This was a really pleasant and amusing read! While I enjoy reading extensive biographies, the majority of them are intimidating and require a large amount of time. This was captivating from start to finish, kept me completely involved, and provided a new and immersive perspective on Franklin's life, with a focus on science in his daily life. An "easy" history book for everyone. Plus, it links in beautifully with the "Franklin" drama miniseries, which depicts his time in France negotiating assistance for the American Revolutionary War.

A really engaging and insightful biography of Benjamin Franklin. I particularly enjoyed reading about his scientific achievements.
