Having not read the first book in the series, I was unsure what to expect and whether this would make sense! However, it was easy enough to pick up what was going on and to get involved with the characters.
Diana and her husband Oliver have separated and she is given the opportunity to go to Paris. She takes her two friends with her and meets up with Jasper, an old flame, and they rekindle their passion. But she still has to come back home and deal with the feelings that she still has for Oliver.
This was an enjoyable read however I did find Diana slightly annoying, particularly with her reluctance to move on from Oliver (when he had clearly moved on from her).
Would read the final book in the series if it came my way, just to see how things panned out.
Thanks to Net Galley and the publishers for an advance copy.

This is the second book in the series and though I think it can be read as a standalone, I do feel it's better if you've read book one first. Ends on a cliff hanger so there will definitely be a third book coming up...
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I devoured this book from start to finish and couldn't get enough.
It dives straight in and Jasper is back!!! I'm still secretly rooting for Oliver to sort his sh*t out though and go get his woman!
So many times while reading this book I was like fight for Oliver and then others run away with Jasper! I'm so conflicted 🤦🏻♀️😅.
While there is absolutely no denying the chemistry between Jasper and Diana is electric and hot as hell, I feel he is just a distraction. He is familiar and there is so much history it's so easy to get swept up in the idea of them together. But can he really give Diana everything she needs?
There were times I was so wrapped up in everything I forgot she was even a mother! I loved that Emmy was not used as pawn in all of this though.
Diana is such a likeable and relatable character and takes you along on an emotional journey. It feels like your right there in their friendship circle just waiting to give your piece of advice.
This story is so relatable and really hits home that communication is key when it comes to relationships. The fact that her marriage became stagnant and the communication broke down resulted in the separation is really heartbreaking.
There's more of an insight into Oliver's emotions during this book and I would love an excerpt from his POV just to see his inner turmoil. There's definitely some daddy issues and I think hes just as lost as Diana.
The ending again!!! I threw my kindle (no harm was caused!) Am I going to get the ending I want!! Who knows!
It's beautiful, raw and relatable from start to finish. Can't wait for Diana in Love.

This book picked up right where book one finished and follows Diana as she navigates being single, exploring what it is she desires.
We follow her to Paris where she meets up with an old flame, a rekindled romance and confusion regarding Oliver and how they move on from their separation.
I loved the supporting characters, L'Wren was fantastic in this book!
This one ended on a but of a cliff hanger, much like book one, so I'm waiting excitedly for book three!
Thanks to Harper Collins and Netgalley for providing an arc for my honest review.
