I found that I didn't understand who the target audience of this book was. From the first few chapters of the book it seemed to me that the target audience was the layman but as the book progressed there was a lot of technical jargon that was never really explained unless searched up externally making it seem like the target audience was for those with an AI background in which case the first few chapters seemed redundant? The book was fine but I felt like it was too complex for the lay man and early chapters too basic for experts/enthusaists.

An introductory book on the history of AI, its progress, and the risks.
Apologies, I was not a fan of the content, structure and the prose.
