This is a well written action story, very fast and generally entertaining. What I don't like are the somewhat twisted realities, especially in the beginning, putting Ukraine in a negative light. Remember, Ukraine has been assaulted by Russia, where there is no free press and the people are imprisoned if they call the "special operation" a war.

Blowback is another great actionfilled thriller from Cameron Curtis. This time Breed has to hunt down a rogue Ukrainian group that has stolen a nuclear device. Will he and his boss Anya Stein from the CIA get to them in time? This is another well written story and to my surprise one of few books nowadays that has different statistics about the ongoing war. I was hooked from the first few pages and stayed up way past my bedtime to finish this great book. I must once again thank Inkubator Books and Netgalley for supplying me with this advance copy

Another fun fast paced read by the author. The author does a good job of incorporating real life scenarios into the story. The story follows Breed as he chases down a hydrogen bomb stolen from the Russians. leading across Europe and back to the US..

I would have given the review a 5 star but the antagonist could have used more character development. At times it felt like the author's views on personal politics and events came into play. Good read and look forward to more in the future.
