I’ve only read one or two of Millie’s books in the past although I do have quite a few on my TBR. I found this one in an Audible sale and decided to give it a listen.

There’s quite a few characters in this story so at first keeping a track of who is who took a minute but I soon got used to it. Each character has their own different story however the Teashop is central to their daily lives. A few times throughout there was some references to body shape etc that perhaps haven’t aged too well since the book was published however overall the characters are relatable and down to earth

One to pick up for fans of Veronica Henry and Debbie Johnson. My next read from Millie will be Afternoon Tea at the Sunflower Cafe.
