This book is a must read for anyone who has been in any form of a destructive relationship. Everything she said was spot on. She also does a great job of making the reader feel less alone which is comforting when you feel shame and guilt from the person who hurt you.

This book is pretty decent.

Not amazing. but I make a point of reading most books on this subject matter and I have to say that the title is perfect for this book. I had not even thought about how invisite we feel and appear to other people.

Some good chapters and some kind of drag, which is my main beef with this book.

However, thiere is a higher message here, so with that I would recommend.
