Good tips on how to navigate social media in the book community! Much appreciated! This was a tool I known I will find helpful for future posting on social media.
This was a very helpful guide for getting started with posting book reviews on social media. It was a quick and easy read with visually-appealing graphics. The handbook covered several platforms and I appreciated that they touched on accessibility. Thanks to We Are Bookish for providing the title to read and review. All opinions are my own.
A great guide and something I will definitely continue to keep in my back pocket. I am trying to implement myself as a long form blogger, so more social media connection points regarding Pinterest may be handy if another one of these guides gets created or expanded upon.
It was super helpful. I really enjoyed learning more about NetGalley and how to use it. As a newbie to bookstagram, it's super informative.
Very helpful guide with actionable steps. It is straightforward and easy to follow. I like how the tools can be applied to building your social media and creating engaging content.
Excellent hints and tips. Well laid out, clear and consice. A must have with promoting your read arcs and reviewing must haves.
This is very helpful since I just started my Instagram for books and reviews a few months ago and I am still learning how to grab people's attention in
This quick ebook is the place to start for anyone interested in getting into bookstagram/booktube/etc., and included some other platforms I hadn’t even thought of! The 35 page guide is full of ideas and good advice without making any part of the process seem tedious. I was a little hesitant about reading this ebook as I thought it might mostly be review, but it was well curated, in my opinion, and feels like it’s written by someone experienced in the social media book world!
I received this ebook to read and review from NetGalley. All opinions are my own.
A fantastic guide to social media reviews. Will definitely be putting this to use as I start expanding my reviews to other platforms.
As someone just starting my BookTok journey, I found this handbook to be an incredibly valuable resource. This guide is packed with practical tips and actionable advice, perfect for beginners like myself. It covers everything from setting up your profile to creating engaging content and understanding the algorithm—a must-read for anyone looking to grow their presence online.
What I loved most about the handbook is how easy it is to navigate. The sections are well-organized, allowing me to quickly find the information I need, and I know I'll be coming back to it in the future to refresh my memory on some of the key points they mentioned! :)
Great guide that takes you through the basics. Would love some more content for more seasoned book promoters who are looking for tips to stretch and grow.
We Are Bookish always give the best toolkits and tips! I definitely plan to use this social media handbook to help with content creation in the future!
Very helpful and detailed for any platform imaginable. I definitely learned a thing or two about better leveraging social media to cross promote materials.
It's great that NetGalley is giving us reviewers/authors very helpful tools to succeed at whichever way you plan to work with NetGalley.
Great intro to various social media platforms and tips!
I especially appreciated the pointing out if one social media platform was better than another for your individual tastes.
Great for someone starting out. It gives tips on different platforms, I didn’t see it mention anything about fable which I kinda wish it did since it seems like most are making the switch. if you’re starting out this can definitely give you a jumpstart and getting the ball rolling.
This seems quite useful. I am not an influencer, but I want to understand how I am being manipulated. This gave me a window into the way social media is used in today’s life. It was simple, clear, easily understood, but a bit too much illustration to be taken seriously. I’m old school, and thankfully the content was brief and concise. I didn’t find the large cartoonish illustrations anything but distracting.
This absolutely helped me better understand what and how to post to my Bookstagram. It was very informative and gave me tips on different social media platforms
Really useful little book of tips. I like how it gives different tips for difficult platforms. It also highlights how you should never tag the author in bad reviews, something everyone should remember
Quick and easy overview of the different bookish social media platforms.
I would have loved a bit more in depth information but that is probably not the aim of this handbook.
