The NetGalley's Social Media Handbook by We Are Bookish provides a great introduction into getting started with the different available social media platforms for sharing NetGalley member's reviews. It also provides great guides and strategies for growing an audience and creating content for that audience with tips on engagement and organization. The visuals and graphics were very professional and clean. As a new Bookstagram user, I discovered many new facts in this handbook that I will be using immediately to help create better content for my followers as well as engage with them better using proper social media etiquette. I also learned a few key things to remember when posting NetGalley reviews to social media. I strongly recommend new and advanced social media book influencers alike to read through this simple but effective handbook.

This handbook was a quick and easy read! For a handbook, I found the pages to be well-designed; not too many words to bore the reader, but still has the necessary information to help reviewers. I also liked the graphics used as those kept me engaged. It was nice to read and understand that you didn't have to use big social media platforms to be a reviewer, and that even having a Goodreads account is enough. It even gave me ideas on where else I can make book reviews, aside from TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
All in all, a very informative handbook that is short and nicely made!

A beginner guide for reviewers who want to start a social media account, either in instagram, X, Youtube, goodreads/storygraph or blogging platform. I enjoyed the tips for each platform but also the „how to“ share the reviews by keeping in mind the readers, publishers and the platform. Useful tips as always great job team of We are Bookish NetGalley.

If you're trying to figure out how to make your bookish content pop on social media without losing your mind, this handbook is a solid place to start. It’s packed with tailored tips for everything from Bookstagram’s picture-perfect feeds to the fast-paced chaos of BookTok; basically, the full social media book lover’s toolbox.

I'm not sure what you want me to say about this book. I am already doing most of the things mentioned in this book due to having a bookstagram account for two years now. It would be great for someone just starting a new account.

This is a high-level social media guide for book reviewers, but beyond that broad audience, I'm not really sure who this is for. It seems too basic for people familiar with social media but doesn't provide enough detail for the newbie. It's only 35 pages and graphics heavy, so there isn't much content, but it does look nice. It offers a single page focused on each major platform and then tips on general topics, such as using images.

I think it's purpose is mostly to encourage people to post on social media, and I think it does a fine job at that.
